In Vitro Maturation
In Vitro Maturation (IVM) is a laboratory process where mature ovarian follicles are collected from a woman's body and cultured in growth media for several days to allow the developing eggs (oocytes) to reach maturity. This technique bypasses the need for hormonal stimulation and ovulation, reducing the risk of complications such as Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS). Once the oocytes have reached maturity, they are fertilized with sperm in a process called In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to create embryos for transfer into the uterus.

In Vitro Maturation (IVM) is a fertility treatment in which matured oocytes are obtained from women without the use of hormonal stimulation. IVM is then followed by Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). This procedure is available in Poland.
