I would like to thank Mrs. Dorota from the collection point for a very nice welcome and full professionalism.
Very professional and extremely friendly treatment of the patient
The blood collection point is a world championship. For the first time, I didn't notice when the lady inserted the needle. No stress, no pain, fast, efficient, nice and very professional. I recommend.
In my 38 years of life, I have had blood drawn hundreds of times, but today for the first time it was done so professionally that I was speechless. I didn't even notice the moment of cramming. I wholeheartedly recommend Mrs. Dorote from the Invicta blood collection point.
Pani Dorota is a well experienced nurse.

Some employees seem to have made a mistake in their profession and do not treat the patient as a human being. Two days after the examination, I experienced symptoms that greatly concerned me. I was treated completely rudely by the clinic. The midwife who was at work that day didn't even want to talk to me to find out what was going on or to try to give me further guidance if the doctor wasn't available. MEGA NEGATIVE COMMENT!! Mega disappointment, total customer disregard and no response despite repeated e-mails and phone calls. It's about a refund for not performing the test, and for over a month I've been calling, asking, sending e-mails with a refund form in accordance with the information from the Clinic and no response. I am referred from the hotline to the Clinic and from the Clinic to the hotline. Massacre!!! I'm posting a comment because maybe someone will kindly respond.... (Show more)
The best clinic I know. The pregnancy was perfect, I felt very safe at every stage. A very nice gentleman at the reception, who is second to none. The gynecologist always remembers what we talked about previously, makes connections and makes the visit feel like "with a friend", while maintaining full professionalism during the examination. Nurses taking blood and completing pregnancy cards are always smiling and gentle. A place worth recommending, I can't imagine going anywhere else.... (Show more)
Starting from the beginning - at the entrance, the ladies at the reception were very nice and polite. They answered every question I had with a smile on their face. Doctors are professionals with an excellent approach. I highly recommend it!

The clinic was recommended to us by another center as the best when it comes to helping with genetic problems. We are looked after by Dr. Hab. Michał Kunicki and doctor. Ewa Niedbała-Wykowska. These are really high-class specialists who clearly care and give us a lot of support. I cannot fail to mention the professional and empathetic care of midwife Maja Lesiak, on whose help we can always count.... (Show more)
Hello, I am undergoing treatment with Dr. Radomska and I do not recommend it!!!!! The doctor was moody and during the teleconsultation she said that the tests had not "clicked into her system"... so our conversation today was pointless because we only discussed the TSH results that I had done privately... the rest of the tests I had done a week ago had not arrived and the others had not "clicked". "😂 It's a shame. I'm definitely giving up on such services because the times for doctors' humor are long gone and also for unprofessionalism. I don't recommend it and I don't greet it.... (Show more)
