Marville, my therapist, possessed an unparalleled expertise, skillfully tailoring each aspect of the spa therapy to my needs, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I turned up at the Zara spa the day they reopened in their original space without a reservation. I was able to book the March special package (Embrace Self-Love) to start within the hour. I was then treated to an amazing spa day. All the spa therapists were fantastic, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, and the ambience was perfect. Silva treated me for my blissful salt scrub, mud wrap, massage, and mini facial; I would highly recommend trying to book Silva. Laura was my nail technician for a flawless manicure and Zaid treated me to a a wonderful wash and blow dry. Zaid was full of helpful tips for my hair type and made me feel pampered, whilst making my hair look great. The spa facilities were fabulous and the setting picture perfect. It was the perfect final day to my Jordan vacation and I will be sure to return if I visit Jordan again. I highly recommend treating yourself to a Zara spa experience if you are in the area.... I love this SPA, the facilities are incredible. My therapist was Silva, she has magic hands, she is very kind, everyone in the SPA is very kind. I recomend you to try this unique place.
It's easy to understand why it has been awarded among the best spas in the world. Location, treatments, privacy, products: everything perfect. Mohammed took care of us for every need and Gita made me feel better with her firm touch and delicate ways.

Had a wonderful spa day and hammam ritual with 50 minutes of massage. The masseuses were fully booked. In doing so, I was helped by masseur Sameer. How lucky that was for me. He is very friendly, respectful and calm, tailors the firmness of the scrub and massage to you and pays attention to how you feel. The treatment lasted a total of 2 hours. A friend and I walked in near the end of the day hoping we might grab a massage. Suhaib kindly welcomed us and worked some kind of scheduling magic to pencil us in during the last few hours of the day. We both had 50 minute massages. It was delightful and deeply relaxing, especially after a few days of touring and traveling. Afterwards, we were able to watch the sunset over the Dead Sea in the infinity pool and float in the salt bath. I would highly recommend.... (Show more)
WAUW WAUW WAUW! I wish I could leave 6/5 stars. This place is perfect. It's so tranquil, so relaxing. There is a sauna and steam room. There is an outdoor pool and a really wonderful indoor pool where you can float, just like in the dead sea! Jona and Marvell gave PERFECT massages. Honestly I feel asleep it was so good. Wonderful Spa, must do if you are in this area. There is no good public access to the Dead Sea so we decided to spend one day at Zara Spa. This was definitely money well spent. The entrance was 65JOD per person but we use the entrance as a voucher for massages which we did. We also had access to the two infinity pools that are limited to Zara Spa guests because hotel guests also have to pay additional entrance fee for this spa. I loved my spa experience. I took an anti-stress package and it's probably the best treatment I've had in my life. The therapist Sameer was amazing. Attentive, professional and respectful. The location and care are of high quality, the facilities modern and the setting enchanting. I highly recommend it.
