This beautiful spa is clean and comfortable. They really have it all! They provide a great environment with professional services that honestly exceed clients’ expectations. The attendants were very corteous and thorough, explaining what’s being done every step of the way and answering any questions I had about any of the services. I love the experience I have here everytime I go and I would definitely recommend this beauty spa for anyone who cares about getting these services done the right way, by professionals who understand exactly what you need and aren’t just trying to sell you anything.... It is a SCAM! Not recommended at all! My mom had very minimal facial care compared to the price!!! They only applied creams on her face as a pigmentation treatment and surprisingly the did not use any machines. On top of that, They treated me poorly when they felt i am syrian beginning the manager did not let me and my baby staying in but after knowing that i am coming from canada the manager was nicer to me and my baby. The massage i got was really good, however i got a facial treatment which broke my face out and was extremely painful.. i also got a gel pedicure which was ruined the very next day.. they refunded me for it but then got me the same technician to re-do my nails.. so i just asked for a regular pedicure because i didnt think she did a good job with the gel nails. Despite them not having registered my appointment they were super quick to accommodate and find a solution. Sugaring was really well done by very pleasant and professional staff.

I had an excellent experience best salon in Amman! I got full body waxing, hydro facial and manicure. Great customer service. Jennifer was the best no pain at all and she is very nice. Everyone is really nice at the center.

I had an incredible experience with nicole at elixir. She is so sweet and kind! I had a horrid experience in turkey removing my gel polish ( from the US), so finding a proper place was bringing back PTSD of having my gel nails fully filed off with a nail filer. I chose to give this place a try after some research. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The ambience of the place is calm and relaxing in such a hectic city. Nicole uses kaangen water on the skin isntesd of harsh soaps and chemicals. As a holistic junkie i appreciated her efforts and passion and care. Even though i was just removing polish without application of new polish, she took great care of my nails to be gentle and not destroy them. She trimmed them without asking and filed them without asking. It's very rare for me to like nail people as most aren't passionate or really care about the health, quality and sanitation process around the customer's nails. But this place did it! From a person that only likes one nail lady out of trying so many I would def make nicole my person if i lived in amman. She is incredible! She additionally gave me a reasonable price. I was told by the manager upon calling 10JD. Which seemed excessive to remove mostly chipped regular polish off my feet, and gel polish that had grown halfway out already from my hands with some nails off already.
