The service is pretty good except for the nurse in the refraction room who serves patients in a shouting tone, poor elderly patients who are served in that tone, they should be able to use a softer tone
Came early in the morning, the registration section said to wait for the doctor at 12.30. After waiting for several hours, the doctor only arrived at almost 13.30. The queue was long and long, getting into the doctor's room took less than 1 minute. The doctor is not friendly... Even though there are many patients, the friendliness of a doctor's words quite important huh 🙏🏻... (Show more)
Why are the employees here? When asked, he even gasped

A special eye hospital, with optimal and professional service and the staff are kind and friendly
SMEC Rawamangun Eye Hospital is one of the first branches in Jabodetabek of this eye hospital network which is spread from Sabang to Meuraoke Ayes Center (SMEC). Location on JL Pemuda, Rawamangun, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. Opening Hours: 08.00 - 20.00. Closed Sundays. This eye hospital serves BPJS patients and the general public. For general patients, you can make an appointment in advance or come directly and register on the spot by taking the queue number first using the self-service machine at the front of the hospital entrance. SMEC eye hospital is one of the good eye hospitals in Jakarta with prices that are not too expensive for general patients. Polite, friendly and deft service. Serves almost all problems related to eye disorders or diseases. Even those who need action are also served at this hospital. Hopefully this short review helps you all.... (Show more)
Treatment flow: come to security, take the queue number to register at the FO (control and operation queues are differentiated), then called the FO, hand over the files, get the doctor you are going to, then go up to the 3rd floor, hand over the files to the nurse station, wait to be called to the room refraction, then wait to check the refraction, wait to be called again, the nurse will call you to enter the doctor's room, be examined by the doctor, given medicine, report to the FO if there is a control letter, come back again, finished. Reviews: - clean room conditions - there is an elevator to go up and down floors - the queue will be very dense and full, like a market, especially on the 3rd floor, on this floor the flow is not clear, there are not enough officers to direct - Waited for a long time for the doctor, from registering at 7 o'clock, the doctor only arrived at 10 o'clock, the doctor's examination was also rushed, maybe because there were so many patients - The queue to enter the doctor's room is not clear, depending on which nurse you want to call first Suggestion : - If possible, the doctor will be more on time, sorry for the patient waiting too long - If possible, the officers in the refraction room will lower their tone a bit, poor patients, the majority of whom are older people, are being shouted at 😭... The service is really bad... because of using BPJS... from 7 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon they haven't been called... it's really bad where is the doctor...
Why is the service so aggressive in the eye examination section... there are no problems with other things and other parts, only in the appropriate section for eye examinations the workers don't seem to have the attitude to serve the patients... sorry for how rude they are in the way they serve the patients. ... not just to me but I saw that it happened to other patients too... but apart from that everything was ok...... Dedicated to all officers in charge (doctors, eye check nurses, nurses, registration counter admissions, cashiers, security and the management behind it all) at SMEC Rawamangun! Thank you for taking good care of things in a proper manner. Haven't gone to many eye hospitals but this one is definitely counted as the best Eye Hospitals esp for BPJS users. Thank you for trying to provide the best service without differentiating the origin of the participant's insurance (especially BPJS). Even though it is full of patients, the systematic flow means that patients do not have to wait long from one step of treatment to another. Elderly friendly because most of the patients are elderly. The most important thing is to humanize people and appreciate every effort of the elderly/people who are not as fortunate as some other people who come and struggle to be healthy. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 Y'all did great.... (Show more)
It's quite routine for parents to come here for treatment and eye control using BPJS. The service is quite good, yes. The officers on duty to serve from the entrance are always ready every morning to serve patients. It looks like the security guard is on duty to help give queue tickets. The entrance always opens at 7 am before BPJS patients can sit in line waiting for the number to be called for registration. The registration officers are also smart. The process is fast. After registration, patients are directed to the 3rd floor to wait in line for the examination. All steps went well. The nurses are also patient in serving. The location is after the Pertamina gas station. Unfortunately parking is limited, maybe if it's busy you can park in the McDonald's or Burger King yard. Oh yes, there is a delicious fried food seller in front of it. Hehehe... (Show more)
Good service, the doctor is good for consultations, the nurses are also good. I checked my eyes and it cost 450,000, including affordable with very GOOD service. Prepare a minimum of 350,000 for eye examination and consultation (Non BPJS). Here you can also use BPJS. If you use BPJS you have to leave very early because it just opens and there's a long queue (but BPJS service is still good too). If it's non BPJS, it's faster.... (Show more)
The queue is not online. You have to come early in the morning to get a number. And the worst thing is that the queue is not clear right above the 3rd floor
Best service ❤️ just try other big RS2 like this
System/Procedure The service is quite good, the staff are friendly and skilled, the room is too narrow while there are a lot of patients and parking facilities are lacking.
The service is taking longer, the retina check has arrived at the doctor's office but I have to wait again because there are no eye drops. It should have been finished but instead I had to wait again. From 9 am to 12 noon it doesn't finish. From busy to quiet.
Not friendly for disabled patients because the lift and toilet are narrow so it's difficult for a wheelchair to enter the lift and you can't even enter the toilet because there is a high floor divider. It's a pity if there are patients who can't walk far without their wheelchair, especially the elderly. The toilet only fits 1 person, making it impossible to help change diapers for disabled people.... (Show more)
I want to ask, can BPJS referrals be available on Saturdays or not?
The doctor is good, especially Doctor Yesica, who is very friendly, but it's a shame that the service in the education section takes a long time, the staff in this section seem very slow, even though they could be quicker in working on the operation schedule, but they are also available to chat with their colleagues and are friendly in responding to questions from patients. Most of the patients are already there. seniors Sorry, even though we use BPJS, we still pay fees every month so we can use the BPJS facilities.. Came at 6 o'clock and got the first doctor's queue number because we were waiting to take care of the schedule, etc., it was only finished at 12 o'clock.... (Show more)
