My parents have had cataract surgery here. Service is very good. The waiting room facilities are also okay. The staff are friendly and informative. The costs are quite high, with many initial and subsequent examinations. Another drawback is that the quality of vision resulting from the operation is not good. The service for the operator/cs department was very bad, didn't provide explanations and wasn't friendly...I called twice with different CS/operators and it turned out the service was the same....please if you can't explain to the operator/cs patient there is a special education section that can explain well and in a friendly manner to patients... The place is comfortable, the service is great, the doctors are friendly, the equipment is complete, my first treatment with Doctor Soeharnila, the doctor is willing to explain, the examination method is comfortable and there are questions and answers, not one way, the waiting room is nice, you can drink tea, drink coffee, milo and juice, ice cream snack, I'm at the Kemayoran branch. I'm so excited (because I read the 1 star review), I've booked (KMN Kebon Jeruk Hospital) for my wife on March 21 and we live in Melbourne so we flew all the way and got a recommendation for a consultation with Dr. Annette Mariza for my wife Liza Those whose PTERYGIUM have to be removed, hopefully when they come in the morning they won't be crowded with other patients or when they arrive they will be told they can't have PTERYGIUM surgery, etc. (Because most of the websites say Lasik, cataracts but it's not called PTERYGIUM which is just a minor operation compared to cataracts. Already got a seminar quote of 6.5 million.... We told you about your child's gadget usage pattern & likes to see tired eyes and hoped to get an education on the relationship with the eyes, instead they said it was okay, maybe there were sinuses that were bothering his eyes. Clean, tidy easy parking, very friendly staff and lots of doctors available, also modern and up to date equipment. They can perform eyes surgery here, specially cataract and lasik

Very bad service... I already know that it was diagnosed early, thrown here and there until 2 weeks my eyes became blurry. There is no accountability from the doctors, instead they throw their hands at each other. I went back there 4 times, I was told to go to 3 different doctors, there was no change, it got even worse. Don't mess around with your eyes, if you can't handle it, please don't harm the patient. Moreover, just 1 day can have a dangerous effect on eye conditions. It's been more than 2 weeks until the eyes become blurry from the original 80% visible. The doctor is also very arrogant and fierce, VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED NOT TO RECOMMEND.
