About Sakshi's Sakshi’s is a psychological counselling platform aiming to provide quality mental health services to people. Sakshi Singhania practices counselling psychology with experience in individual and couple counselling and workshops with various age groups like children, teenagers, and middle aged and older adults. Some areas I work with for one-on-one counselling are stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem concerns, trauma, anger, grief, productivity, work-life balance, existential themes (meaning, purpose of life). My qualifications are: Master of Science (M.Sc.) Counselling Psychology Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Level Post-Graduate Diploma in Psycho-Social Well-Being Using Multi-Arts and Play Training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Basic Pranic Healing Course Love and fun are the words which attract me.
