I went there in '21 for physio on shoulder. They sorted it with a few sessions but recommended and offered group pilates. I've been attending reformer and mat sessions regularly since. Their several Chartered Physios are also qualified pilates instructors and or fitness and conditioning coaches and all brilliant. It's been worth every minute and cheap at twice the price. Five star plus outfit for sure. πŸ‘πŸ™... (Show more)

I attend Pilates class on Friday morning with Caitriona, which I love. As Catriona is a Physiotherapist I know I’m in good hands. I always feel great after the class

I have excellent experiences being treated by both Aoife and Caitriona and have no hesitation in recommending both of them. Pilates classes are first class , enjoyable and so well run.

I have received excellent advice and treatment from both Aoife and Catriona and could not recommend both of them more highly. I have also been attending Catriona's Pilates class and this is also excellent - as well as very good fun.
