Ms Jeanette McDonnell
Jeanette McDonnell is Proprietor of BACK IN ACTION Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Jeanette is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. She graduated from Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh in 1991. Since then she has gained experience in many areas initially working in Ireland for 3 years. She then emigrated to California, USA in June 1994 having taken the California State Board Exams. The experience she gained in One clinic in Humboldt County, Northern California included treating Native Americans both as outpatients and in their homes. Jeanette returned to Ireland in 1999. She started working in outpatients in hospitals in Westmeath including Longford, Mullingar and Athlone before beginning private work. Jeanette previously worked in private practice from her home in Abbeylands from 2002. As the clientele increased, she found the need for a larger premises. In June 2006, BACK IN ACTION physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic opened in Market Point Medical Park.
Excellent physiotherapy. Been here a few times over a few years for different injuries and they always got me back fighting fit.

Excellent!! Thank you. Two months of pain, no sleep, can’t stand, walk or sit. Can’t work, walk my dog, pick something up I dropped on the floor. Shooting pain down my leg and numbness in my lower leg and foot. Prescribed multiple painkillers and muscle relaxers by my doctor to no avail. One, ONE!!, session with Patrick at BIA and I am a new person. Anyone with back pain and or sciatica, don’t hesitate, book an appointment with Back in Action asap.... (Show more)
