Fisio and Lab

I started physio in early December for recovery after meniscus suture surgery. I immediately appreciated the friendliness, the evident professionalism combined with a problem solving approach. I was followed by different professionals, in different activities, and here I also perceived a high organizational capacity: it was always clear to everyone who I was, what my needs were and at what point in the journey I was. As I deal with work organisation, I wanted to write this review to highlight what I considered, in addition to the competence of the individuals, the added value of being followed by Fisio&Lab. Anterior cruciate ligament rehabilitation from A to Z: from pre-surgery to return to the field. A staff of professional, kind, patient, competent and helpful people. They do everything they can to find the best solution for each problem and the results are monitored from time to time through tests to evaluate and understand at what point the patient is in the rehabilitation process. I do not recommend this medical center, I was treated with indifference. I basically went to the medical center for a non-competitive medical examination, and when I found myself in front of the doctor Jonathan Floccari, he was speaking with great indifference to someone who I think was an intern about beach holidays and surfing while he was examining me, practically for the whole visit she didn't talk about anything else and I remained listening to them tell her stories as if I didn't exist. After an initial session, in which we discuss the problems to work on, a program of 10 visits is drawn up for me. Once the first half has passed, I think it is correct to point out to anyone following me that I was not perceiving any benefits, however the program remains the same and I am reassured that the problem will be solved in the end. At the end of the 10 visits, however, there was no improvement of any kind. Given the expense of €564.00, the treatment turned out to be not only a waste of time but also of money.... (Show more)

I was welcomed by Dr. Peretti Roberto who immediately conveyed positivity to me and proposed a path of activity aimed at improving the situation of my back. I underwent 3 months of functional re-education following the implantation of a shoulder prosthesis. Excellent structure, Paolo followed me, great professionalism and friendliness. A model of how a physiotherapy center should work.

Excellent center complete with swimming pool and gym to recover as best as possible from a shoulder injury, like mine. I thank the guys on the Paolo Marco Lorenzo Federica Gloria staff who always combine their professionalism with friendliness as well as the receptionists who are always careful to agree with the customer times and needs. If I had discovered Fisio&Lab sooner.... I had excruciating back pain for a year and a half. No one was able to tell me what I had, not even after many visits and tests, others are still ''studying'' my case... One day I went into Fisio&Lab, Roberto paid me a visit and in no time he had already understood what I had. In 16 sessions (I assure you very little time), he put me back in order. A huge thank you to him and all the staff. I have always been looked after in a precise and professional manner. A month and a half of "tour de force" made me appreciate the quality of the structure and the competence of the physiotherapists. Thanks to Federica for her useful (sometimes extreme) exercises in the water, completed by the WTM (new experience for me) with Lorenzo and Luca. And then how can I forget the king of Graston Paolo, who made me feel very strong pain but with pleasant consequences on my knee. And thanks to Edo for his final test. Serious, professional physiotherapy centre, where there is an atmosphere of excellent hospitality and friendliness. I followed a complete rehabilitation cycle following operations for the implantation of two total hip prostheses (not very distant from each other in time); the center was recommended by the orthopedic surgeon Dr. Danilo Mellano who operated on me and who I will never stop thanking for the purely medical and orthopedic part. I have been operated on twice and on both occasions I turned to Fisio&Lab. I found trained professionals, serious and attentive to the patient, in the gym, in the swimming pool and during the massage therapy sessions, osteopathy and even in the secretariat. I would undoubtedly recommend this center which is able to provide any type of rehabilitation intervention. Following a proximal humerus fracture, I began the rehabilitation process at Fisiolab and immediately realized the professionalism and competence of the centre.
