Eveline Charles, founder and CEO of EvelineCharles Salons|Spas|Beauty MD|Academy, is one of the most recognized names in the Canadian salon and spa industry. Driven by the words of her favorite poem, The Winner, "Think big and your deeds will grow", Eveline Charles has grown her privately held business from a one-woman operation to a multimillion-dollar corporation bearing her name.
Dr Richard Hatfield
Dr. Richard Hatfield M.D. Medical Director Eveline Charles Beauty MD Dr. Hatfield graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1988 in South Africa. Thereafter he graduated with his MD degree in 1994, also in South Africa. After post-graduate training in Surgery, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Hatfield left for Canada to pursue his dream. His dream was to help people in as many ways as he could and to help them fulfill their health goals and dreams. He started as a family physician and continues to practice family medicine in addition to cosmetic medicine. He obtained his CCFP exam in Oct 2001. Dr. Hatfield always strives to make you happy and with his extensive training and surgical experience, he believes he can do just that.
Kaylie always does an amazing job when she cuts my hair, and her scalp massages are to die for chills every time! I Will continue to go see Kaylie for my haircuts until the day she can’t hold a pair of scissors anymore!

Navpreet is amazing! My hair was originally not done properly here by someone else and she completely transformed my hair and corrected it using highlights and toning! She did exactly what I wanted. She is so attentive and caring. I love the hard work she puts in and the results truly show!!
It was my very first time going to EvelineCharles located at WEM and my hairdresser was Anzhela. I have been to many hair salons and have had many hairstylists. But Anzhela has to be the very best hairstylist I’ve had. She is an outstanding and beautiful lady who radiates so much warmth and kindness. Her attention to detail and care for her client is truly unmatched as well. When I was in her seat, I felt like I was seeing an artist at work who so beautifully and attentively was creating a masterpiece. If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. I came in for my second appointment to get my eyebrows threaded. I was supposed to received a discount because I pre booked a second appointment with them but they charged me like it was my first time there. Not only that, they also didn’t have my appointment even scheduled today. I showed them the text message I received stating I had an appointment today too. Instead the girl at the till kept saying I didn’t have an appointment even after showing the text message I received from them. Had my first hair cut here with Jessica. She was lovely. Took time to answer my questions and make me feel confident about the hair products they used. She was very kind, friendly. Made me look pretty. Amazing human being and a wonderful soul.
I came here for the first time and had Ms Anzhela, she was amazing. I came in for a black hair dye and trim and she did more than an excellent job and best hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Anzhela represents how elegant the salon is and I am very happy with my results and she is my new favourite stylist and I wish I found her sooner. I've been hearing about Anzhela from my sister months ago and finally visited her before Christmas came around as we were gonna go on a trip back home. The last I've seen my relatives was 10 years ago. And I shared this with Anzhela. She did not disappoint! My hair is a little difficult to manage, short, coarse and goes all over the place. I didn't know what she did, but she managed to cut in a way that it's 100% easier to manage, style and even if i don't style it, still looks good! So after that visit, we've been back. I've had my mom go to her, my daughter as well. Now I just need the hubby and she'll be the family hair stylist. 😆... (Show more)
Always have an amazing experience when I come here. Been seeing Anzhela for the last years, and I think I look better every time. The staff are also really help when I am unsure which products I should be using for my hair.

I had a very pleasant experience coming to a professional salon for the first time. I forgot to get her name, but the sweet lady that greeted me was so nice and welcoming. I arrived 15 mins early, and they tended to me right away. My stylist Kaylie was so nice and walked me through how she was going about cutting my hair. I have been visiting Eveline Charles for just under two years to have stylist Anzhela do my color and cut. I have fine hair that has a mind of its own, and Anzhela has consistently been able to deliver a beautiful color and cut every time.
