Had a dermaplaning add on to facial. Facial was ok. Was quoted 45 for dermaplane add on at time of booking but got charged 60. I have 2 long cuts on my right cheek, several little cuts on left of my chin and 1 cut on my nostril. My hair along hair line was cut above the base, not dermplaned the way it should have been so now I have a 5 oclock shadow of prickly hair on my left side. I've done dermaplaning many many times with a different provider.This was the first time ever being cut. The facial was through a Christmas gift card. Oh my goodness, I had the most relaxing day at Carrie'l. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the services, the products used. Nancy was amazing (who I spent most of my 8 hour spa day with) and everything she did was perfection. Mark (who did my hair) is someone I'll definitely be coming back to! Cassie, my massage therapist, was a miracle worker and I left feeling like new. My spa lunch was delicious and their in house lattes were divine. Service is amazing, atmosphere is relaxing, never feel rushed at the end of an appointment because someone else is waiting. Cassie is an amazing massage therapist - very attentive to me and present in the moment.

They went above and beyond with the facial services. Being a former aesthetician and also having visitors many spas I can say for certain that the experience exceptional. Thanks again for accommodating the 3 of us on such short notice.

I had a haircut yesterday , for my daughter's wedding and the the girl made me feel so bad about myself I left crying on what should have been a joyous and happy day , she absolutey didn't listen to me ,I didn't get the cut I wanted and she didn't even attempt to try and style it , I was absolutely disappointed 😞☹️... Had a wonderful experience as it was my 1st time here. Booked a consultation and hair stylist Mark listened and educated me on my future hair journey to keep it healthier.
