Prices are high, never coming back.
We went to this location, and the old lady is so arrogant and unprofessional. Prices are higher as compared to the other locations and also the quality is sub standard. Also she let me waiting longer. The other 5 star ratings, she always requested and begged everyone. Never recommend this to anyone.
Never recommended. I asked them about insurance, they said the accept insurance. At the end of the massage, they charged me and asked me to claim myself. The lady who massaged me was not strong enough. I’m 56 km and 160 cm tall. I’m so small. If she couldn’t satisfy me, she won’t be able to satisfy anyone. The light of the room was a very bright white LED which is being used at hospitals. The room was so messy and disorganized. No background relaxation music. She was leaving the room back and forth. The towel was so rough and dry. They don’t use the hot wet towel. She hurt my back with a rough dry towel she didn’t focus on my pain spot. Never go back there.... (Show more)
So very disappointed by their service today.. I will not come back and do not recommend. Very disorganized. The staff are friendly and that's that. I had an appointment with my mom and sister at 3. My mom and sister were seen for a massage but I waited an hour for a manicure and at the end I didn't even get that done. They filed my nails and left me waiting for an hour. Then were shocked when I said I didn't want to do my nails in 15 mins they had Terrible experience and I will not be back. Also owner harassed me to pay for a manicure I did not receive through text. Terrible experience, facials are just to say but they were unable to perform even the basics. This is worst I have ever had. Never go here and waste your money. She charged me way too much and also rude behaviour.
I have been going to Surendar at Artisan Spa for almost 20 years. The service she provides is unlike any other spa and her work is precise. Highly recommended her services and her spa.

Just received a deep cleansing facial with microdermabrasion, and I feel so good! Surinder really knew how to take care of my skin and provide a relaxing facial. Definitely recommend this spa, and will come again for sure!

Try to get some information on call, but they need to learn some manners that how to talk To a customer. They cannot or unable to Explain what they offer, what are the services, anything. Only thing they know to say is “need to come in clinic otherwise they don’t have anything to share”. So their Contact is only to book appointments NOT for any other queries !!!... (Show more)

I had booked appointment for 2 today at 5:30 pm. I had asked them if it’s not possible, then don’t book me in. They did book and I went there today and was closed. Their website clearly says open until 7 pm but nobody answered my call. Very disappointed as they did not even call me in advance to let me know. If I could put less than 1 star I’d have done that. If they’d told me in advance I could’ve gone elsewhere. I’m sure you guys will come up with some justification to twist this the other way around, well before you do that check with your staffs and call records and then you’ll know I was right. Very disappointed with this incident, I will make sure that I don’t recommend your place even by accident. You wasted two individuals time and effort. This was my first time getting a facial and Shivani was very informative, professional and hospitable. She took time to explain everything, provide recommendations without up selling and answered questions diligently. Would highly recommend!
Felt welcoming. Did both pedicure and manicure and was our first experience doing this. Was a cold day and we were offered warm refreshments. Visits are by appointment either in person or by phone
