This place may have changed management in the last 6 months, many of the 덕영치과병원 signs have been replaced with the name of another dentist company. Front staff service was very poor, the dentist was dismissive as he didn't understand that I visited for a general preventative checkup. Considering this is supposed to be a place for foreign medical tourism in Daegu I expect the bare minimum of good service, but I did not receive it. I am satisfied with the treatment and scaling. In particular, the scaling process was very thorough and friendly. On my first visit, I was given a toothbrush set as a gift. However, I hope the following items can be improved. 1. Even if you visit after making a reservation, the waiting time is long. Reservation made at 10 o'clock, arrived around 9:40, checked in on the first floor and then went up to the second floor. Go up to the 2nd floor, take an 10:20 - 10:40 (wait 20 minutes), scaling and storage at 11:10. Total waiting time 35 minutes/treatment and scaling time 35 minutes. 2. The building is large and the hospital facilities are good, but it is very confusing and the system is not systematic. It seems like everyone has a dentist that suits them... I used to go to xxx dentist, but the anesthesia was really painful... When I came here and got the treatment, it wasn't as painful as there. And recently, I'm worried about implants, but 10 years of imported after-sales service is 10 years. Not even 1 is a waste

The facilities are good, but some of the doctors and staff were unfriendly. I got the feeling that they were discriminating against people. They were unfriendly to people who looked good and unfriendly to people who didn't look like them. They seemed servile.
