ID Dental Hospital

I had nose surgery last year, and the recovery was quick and the directors and nurses took good care of me. The price is a little expensive, but I was still satisfied with the results.

My experience at ID hospital was fantastic and it is down to the wonderful staff working at the facility. The surgeon talked me through everything and listened to my concerns. Was clear on what could and could not be achieved and gave realistic suggestions. My translator Iris was amazing and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Thanks to ID hospital, I have transformed into a completely different person. I've done multiple surgeries here including rhinoplasty and double eye lid surgery, and am more than satisfied with the results! The staff at the hospital are extremely polite and professional, and seemed eager to help with every requirement I mentioned. The amount of pain and time I spent on the process was totally worth it! I especially request my foreign friends to read it*** Don't be fooled by the stars here. Look at the comments on local map applications used in Korea and you will understand the truth. I'm telling you my own experience!! I had minilifting surgery, but very interestingly, when I woke up, there were only interesting stitches on my head and no change on my face, my before and after photos and everyone around me witnessed it. I was told to wait for a while. After waiting for a while and not seeing any change, I said I wanted to watch the surgery recording. They never let me watch the surgery recording, instead they offered an alternative!!!! They offered to put strings and padding on me to compensate. In fact, under normal circumstances, they should have performed the same surgery that they did not or could not perform as an alternative. Anyway, I didn't want to make it too long and accepted the rope and filling offers. Of course, there was no change in the second transaction they made. When I went for a check-up three months later, the women there did their best to prevent me from seeing the doctor. I met with the doctor and asked him to tell me what had changed on my face as a result of the two procedures. The doctor jokingly mentioned a change of 3 millimeters. So, as far as I understand, we need to look at it with a microscope or telescope to see the change in my face as a result of the two procedures!! Also, the doctor said wait, I'm coming and ran away. The woman coming behind him mocked him arrogantly, saying, "Be careful, it's cold." The result is a waste of time and money!! All of our time is precious. Maybe they act like this thinking that we are foreigners, students, they will leave anyway. I don't know, but the completely unsatisfactory result and annoying approach after the procedure is really unpleasant. I'm sure if what happened to me happened to a Korean, they wouldn't act this way. Just because we are foreigners, it is a place that I think does not comply with the morality of the service concept, by looking at us from the customer's perspective, ignoring our demands for beautification, our demands for beautification, not even treating us as human beings, saying that the service we receive is different.... The young staff and interpreters are very cute. The doctor explained it in detail well.

The doctor gives very good advice. And is very professional.

Great experience over all, staff was very helpful during the whole process. It was very convenient that they had English speaking staff readily available to translate and assist throughout. I would highly recommend you visit this location due to their hospitality and kindness.

I only have good things to say about this place. At first I was scared because I didn’t know anybody or the language. But as soon I got to ID Hospital, Irene & Iris made me feel like I was home. The experience is amazing. The treatment is 5 stars and the doctor make you feel safe.

I actually decided to change my review because with some time to think about it, how aggressive they were about making me leave a Google review really turned me off. Positive points: the customer service via text message is great, efficient and hassle free. They had an English speaking assistant who was kind except the pushiness about the Google review which was surely coming from a higher up.The facilities were really nice and comfortable. Negative points: overpriced. Much more expensive than other clinics for the same services. Also when I was waiting BEFORE I got my treatment the girl helping me was aggressively forcing me to post a positive google review - she even took my phone and gave five stars. I told her I was super uncomfortable with this as I hadn’t even gotten my treatment done yet. As I was leaving another employee was aggressive again with my about leaving a 5 star review. This is actually why I’m leaving a bad review, it was really unprofessional and they were more concerned with the Google review than my comfort. I am now reediting my review 3 weeks later again, now that I have time to see the results. I got several treatments, one being botox (I have been getting botox regularly for the past 5 years so I know what it SHOULD be like) and I don't think they actually gave me any. I was put under general anaesthesia so I can not confirm what was done and not but I can fully move my forehead and have all the wrinkles I am not supposed to have when I move my face. It was way more expensive than other clinics with very bad results. I also spent over 1000 EUR on Ulthera and don't see any difference... I definitely will not go back again.... (Show more)

I undertook surgery at this hospital in March 2023 and I had a great experience. The doctors were very professional and as soon as I was under their care I felt safe, secure and reassured. I undertook variety of complex procedures to regain a younger version of myself. Overall I am very impressed with the results.
