I’m only writing this review so that other tourists traveling can know what to expect if they are looking for somewhere to get their eyelashes done. They did a great job overall with the process, took a great deal of time etc, however, the lashes turned out absolutely nothing like the photo That I showed her describing what type of lashes I wanted. They look very dramatic and fake and nothing like the natural look that I was going for. Super overruled and heavy. Unfortunately, I’m already trying to pull them off because I am very unhappy and close to tears with how I look with them. I had my nails done at Vayo beauty studio yesterday - acrylic infills with ombré and I had such a pleasant experience. The staff were extremely professional and the owners kind and welcoming! I was very disappointed with this salon. I went for keratin extensions. The first few days everything was fine. However, after 1 week, my hair was really tugging and hurting. I was really a nightmare. I felt that something was wrong. In the meantime, I returned home to Switzerland. I saw an extension specialist at a Franck Provost hair salon. He was shocked by the result and immediately removed the extensions. My scalp was very red and I lost a lot of hair, which is not normal after only 2 weeks... I have terribly bitten nails and it was absolutely no fuss for Kiki and the team to put the most perfect and lasting gel acrylics on them - went back again and also had a pedicure. Clean salon, good colour options. I can’t fault them ❤️

My wife went for keratine hair treatment, pedicure etc based on feedbacks and reviews. It was every bit worth it. Great professionalism and services. Very friendly and committed owners. They speak English and Thai and very easy to deal with. Strongly recommend.

My husband and friends have been coming to Phuket for several years. This year our son and his partner came together. Last year for the first time I trusted Sarah for a haircut and eyelash extensions. I didn't regret it at all. This year almost all of us got our hair cut and the result was 100% perfect.
