I recently done cognitive behavioural therapy with Julie from Tree of life and thanks to her she has helped me get back living fully after covid. I found Julie made me feel so at ease, very supported in my journey and when finishing up I felt like I was saying goodbye to a good friend. Julie has many qualities but her calming voice instantly from day 1 made me feel I was with the right therapist. Thanks so much Julie your the best... (Show more)
Long overdue review, but I cannot recommend Naomi highly enough for reflexology and reiki. I saw her regularly during my pregnancy and she is a great listener, compassionate, and a fab holistic healer!
Amazing massage from Grace! Felt like melting afterwards. She was very nice and asking questions about what pressure she should use, which area to focus on. Very relaxing and great feeling! Thank you
I have done a number of counselling sessions with Julie Coogan and have found them to be genuinely life changing. Julie listens, understands (her knowledge is incredible) and then offers feedback and provides resources to help you. She introduces the resources slowly and steadily and explains the reasoning behind them. I never would have thought that taking 2 minutes to breathe 3 times a day could be so beneficial for physical and mental health. Meditation is also now a big part of my life along with a range of other, easy to implement, activities. I would recommend to anyone that is having a difficult time. Sessions are available both in-house and over the phone.... (Show more)
My husband booked an appointment 2 months ago which they cancelled. He called twice and left messages - he has been trying to get a refund to no avail.
Thank you so much for the care given to me in the Tree of Life. Martina was amazing support to me and provided excellent acupuncture. Thank you!
This is a place for people to come and just be. To get the whole treatment they need, to be in the hands of caring authentic practioners who feel blessed to be given the opportunity to serve. A lovely walk along the seafront can be then also part of your treatment. There is no ego, no brassness here. Be part of a friendly caring team, come along and give it a go.... (Show more)
Had a wonderful experience at Tree of Life. A really calming and relaxing atmosphere. I have visited a few times for treatments and will be back again. The therapists are lovely and very experienced. It is the best treatment centre I have visited, both in Ireland and abroad. Julie is wonderful and her team are amazing. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend Martina who is the acupuncturist in Tree of Life. She is a very warm and professional therapist who knows how to help and heal different parts of the body. After many sessions with Martina I have improved my immunity in my body and after that got pregnant. I was going to get accupuncture through my whole pregnancy which was very beneficial for me and the baby. The Tree of Life is a beautiful and very friendly place to go.... (Show more)
