About The Scotia Clinic The Scotia Clinic, originally known as the Scotia Women’s Clinic, is located on the outskirts of Tralee town. They provide professional and caring services such as gynecology care, weight management, stress management, infertility care, pregnancy care, counseling, and ante natal and parenting. The staff at this clinic is under the leadership of Consultant Obstetrician Gynecologist, Dr. Mary McCaffrey. Dr. McCaffrey is a graduate of University College, Cork. She was appointed as Consultant Obstetrician/ Gynaecologist at Kerry General Hospital in 1998 and opened The Scotia Clinic in 2002.
