I highly recommend Chatswood Orthodontics! Extremely professional and great results. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing and wondered as an adult if things would work out. As an older person (59-never too late ha ha) I noticed how kind, caring, considerate & gentle the team are. I’d had my fair share of ‘rough’ dental work over the years. My experience at CO was a long way removed from the old days and I felt safe and very well cared for. The team at CO are technically so specialised in what they do & it shows in the results. I saw they took care of all their clients young & old. They are also able to help you set up a dental plan which helps a lot with cash flow. The whole team from reception to the technical team are a delight to deal with & they always try to fit you in if you need a quick appointment or if you’re worried about anything or you crunch a clip off which I managed to do once. A lovely practice with very friendly staff who are always welcoming - from reception to the technicians and of course Dr Nour himself. Throughout my treatment whenever I had to come in I was very well looked after and kept informed of my progress and next steps. I’m sorry I rated 1 star for this clinic,I would love to give Dr Nour and majority of his team 5 stars or more,cuz Dr Nour is very professional,I’ve been with them nearly 2 years for lingual braces treatment as many friends around me done the same and they highly recommended this place,and I’ve also recommended him to my friends who has teeth problems,all the staff here are very friendly except Dr Hogai. During one appointment process , I encountered several instances of unprofessional behavior from Dr Hogai. Not only did I sustain injuries to my mouth, causing discomfort and even a feeling of nausea during the procedure, and shortly after leaving the clinic, a tiny part of my braces appliance became dislodged within 10 minutes. Upon returning to the clinic to seek assistance, I was told to wait until her lunch break concluded. The delay was inconvenient, but I assumed the matter was resolved once she eventually attended to fixing the issue with my braces appliance. To my surprise, nearly two years later, during a recent visit for an appointment, I discovered that Hogai had made false remarks and distorted the facts of that day in her notes. She inaccurately claimed that I had disrupted her during her lunch break two hours after the initial incident, even though I had not left the Chatswood area during that time.Obviously every doctor and staff in this clinic can clearly see this notes every single time I entered,THANK YOU Dr Hogai ,let everyone knows I’m a trouble maker which you definitely avoid your own responsibility,unfortunately you are the only one who is unprofessional here,cuz this is the only bad experience throughout two years which is 20+ of my appointments.... I can not put into words how amazing this orthodontic practice is, Dr Nour and his wonderful team showed great compassion, kindness, and the upmost amazing care. They changed my life and my confidence. I have never wanted to smile more in my life, and not afraid to meet new people because how my teeth looked. They communicate throughout the entire treatment, letting you know each step and what to expect next. Nothing is too big or too small for the team to do. A 5 star review for Dr Tarraf and the team at Chatswood Orthodontics. My daughter needed to have an expander to avoid 4 of her teeth to be pulled out to achieve a nice straight teeth. She is now 6 months into her treatment and we can see such big difference already. Her breathing / snoring improves, she has a nice smile and all her teeth are aligning well. My daughter was born very petite. We took her to see Dr Tarraf when she was 6 due to severe crowding. For a little girl who has never been to see a dentist before to start ortho treatment had been very challenging for us. My daughter started off very anxious and uncomfortable with the dental settings, however Dr Tarraf and his team has been very professional and had taken the extra mile to make it a good experience for my daughter. They managed to comfort her and put the expander into her little mouth without any issues. She is now almost close to finishing her stage one treatment and we (including my daughter herself) are all very happy with the results. There are significantly more gaps for her permanent teeth to come through now. I truly recommend Dr Tarraf and his amazing staff at Chatswood Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for the extra special touch in patient care.... (Show more)

I'm NOT reviewing this so-called service that I received over two years to discourage others from starting their potential treatments with Chatswood Orthodontics, as I know they have many great reviews. However, I want the responsible persons know that the treatment they gave me was so poor, cost me at least twice the initial cost, and their multiple estimates on the treatment duration were woefully wrong, which speaks to their sheer incompetence in dealing with my case.
