I had my orthodontics done by Dr Roy Goonewardene - The outcome is better than I could have ever expected! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and in my bias opinion THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I would highly recommend him for any of your treatment, I was more than comfortable and felt very confident under his care and he is very good at what he does! He is so friendly and down to earth, and very understanding of my needs throughout my experience, he and his team are all very lovely, GENTLE and kind people! As someone who works in the dental field I was referred to him, and from day one he made my orthodontic experience a very enjoyable one! - As happy as I am with my outcome, I’m sad that I won’t be going back to the clinic to see them regularly but I have nothing but high recommendations for friends and family and patients to go to him! I've been a patient of Dr Kalafatis for over 16 years and first got my braces fitted by Dr K and his team. The results have been amazing, my teeth are straight and align between the top and bottom perfectly. I've been following up with Dr K since my first visit 16 years ago to get new retainers and he and his team have always been great to desk with. Professional, high standards. Highly, highly recommend! Anna is super competent, throughout any procedure she explains what to expect every step of the way making me feel comfortable and calm. All the ladies at reception are very pleasant with their warm and kind welcome at every visit.

Go somewhere else! Dr Razza is unprofessional and treats his patients and nurses with the worst bedside manner I’ve seen in a long time. Thankfully, I was able to complete my treatment without seeing him again. When I asked for my follow up appointments to be scheduled with another practitioner, I was told the owner had refused and that I had to have appointments with the same orthodontist - regardless of the reasons behind wanting someone else. Absolutely appalling customer service. The owners obviously are out of touch with their practice! Do yourself a favour and skip this one!... (Show more)

I was a patient here when I was 11-13ish and again now I am 32. I am now a health care professional myself and Kalafatas and the staff are exceptional. I went back despite many memories of braces, pistons, wires and all sorts of metal work and hours spent in that Centre and have had an incredibly positive experience. I’ve attended both booragoon and Subiaco and soon to attend broome centers and wouldn’t go anywhere else.... (Show more)

This place feels like a noisy station, or maybe more as a butchery given the dress code of the doctors in white. Rush in rush out, no consulting process, ripped off by a rate that equates to more than $10/minute without value. It was like you "know braces, you have seen rubbers", we do this and can charge you even more money as we are simply a factory. Oh yes and when we have the braces and it may not work, we can do extractions..... We should have walked out straight away given the gloomy atmosphere of this place as we really did not feel comfortable.... (Show more)

Worst treatment of clients. Second appointment turned to just photo taking session. While appointment was with Dr. ROY. Waste of time. When i requested meeting with him and expressed my frustration, he just responded that he never had this time scheduled and that he has 5 clients waiting for him... this is Perth that how we do things, was his answer. The quality of work here is amazing! Staff are always so friendly and accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. I had to have braces again after knocking out a tooth this year and the process was so smooth and easy.

I got braces here a couple of years ago and the orthodontist only felt it necessary to move one tooth back in line with the others to improve my smile. I actually also had a large overbite due to my teeth growing at the wrong angle which has caused me pain and have now had to have all four wisdom teeth and four pre molars removed. This was done to create space so I can now have another 18-24 months of orthodontic treatment to correct the original problem. When I first got my braces off at Subiaco, the orthodontist mentioned that my teeth still had an overbite but that there was nothing he could do to fix it now that my braces were off. He never gave me options to fix it before we started treatment. I believe that he should have detected the issue earlier and done a full check to see what other dental problems I had before starting treatment. For the price I paid at Subiaco Orthodontic, I believe that I should have been able to leave with the right treatment done. I should not have had to go and find another orthodontist and go through all of this treatment now when the orthodontist at Subiaco Orthodontic should have done it the first time.... (Show more)
