The truth is that DR did an excellent job and his staff. But the nurses treat you with an attitude, they don't want to give information, it's like someone is bothering you. Nice and clean place.

I must honestly say that I'm impressed with this hospital. Their attentiveness to you and bed-side manner is extraordinarily great. Food isn't bad and the juices they serve are freshly made. The Cafe has lots of options too. The pharmacy right outside of it has really cheap items for snacks, drink, etc. The rooms are very spacious and it's peaceful. My rooms were cleaned and I didn't see any bugs or anything. Highly recommended and I'm American... (Show more)

I loved!! The clinic has impeccable hygiene, even the bathrooms smell clean!! The nurses, the rooms beautiful and clean!! My Dr. Asmin Aquino, my excellent sculptor!! I work on a malpractice that they did to me in PR!! And he took his time, love and nobility to work with me and give me back my security and smile!! He and the entire clinic team were very attentive!! I had the most beautiful experience with all the staff!! They even took me to the room by hand!! Truly, CECIP, my Dr and the team that took care of me from the tests until arriving at the room are impeccable!! Thank you for the treatment I received!! They treated me like a princess!! I had a great experience the clinic is super friendly and easy to get everything done in one place. Dra Herrand did my surgery and I am super please so far. We did tummy tuck fleur de lis with side lipo and breasts implants. She really cares about her work and wants you to look your best and be fully healed and taken care of before you leave. I highly highly highly recommend getting the pain pump worth it for an extra $300 dollar but is continuous for 4 days. I recommend any medical tourist reach out to a recovery house. That has made my experience 1000% better than other reviews I see. There is extra payments for some of the pre-op stuff so be prepared with I'd say 1-2k over quote. (Money for chest CT, I needed an echo, incentive spirometer, breast biopsy can be sent off since they're getting tissue, and they set aside money but refund for blood transfusion if you don't get one.)... I had facelift it was a mess I could say a nightmare they’re lock of attention to their patients after the surgery they through me on the bed .every time I called for help the nurse a bad actitud that night they didn’t wanted to help to put on my sleep gown I had to sleep naked . everyone treated terrible even my Doct loras secretary oh my god she so nasty every time I visit the Doctor she made my blood pressure raised . The best decision I made was to have surgery in that Clinic at the hands of the best, Dr. Monegro, the friendly staff, the clinic is top organized, clean, the nurses are very friendly, I would return without thinking twice☺️

If you are doing medical tourism, please READ THIS. This review is not me speaking out of my a**. This is real and I have had other dolls tell me the same things. I had a horrible experience with the staff here. My doctor himself is great. The staff, the nastiest people I have ever met. They have a vendetta against non-dominicans and it's apparent. Day 0 Post-op I'm in tremendous pain. I had a nurse, Yrene, literally throw my recovery supplies on the bed and call me nasty names in Spanish. Little did she know I understood her and I told her to leave. Nurse 2 is Julianna. I asked to have a pillow behind me and she said no it's better without. I told her I'm in pain, I need a pillow. And then she wants to fight me about it! I ask if we can please try it. She then goes on the phone in a temper-tantrum saying I'm being "difficult" because I only asked for a pillow... With the little Spanish I understood, I couldn't take the maltreatment Day 0 post-op! Third experience at the pharmacy: rude, dismissive woman just texting on her phone with an attitude. I have video of this I can't post in this review (I posted the video on Cecip's Facebook). I'd love to do a round 2 with Dr. Guidicelli but I don't ever want to do it at this clinic. Edit: I returned for a round two with Guidicelli and was botched. The DR has forever left a distasteful distrust of its people and culture. Edit: I did a round 2 with Guidicelli and was irrevocably botched. I've been dealing with deep depression and my relationship and overall quality of life is so poor... If you care about your life stay away from this clinic I did surgery sept 2021 and caught a bacteria there. when I asked if there were other cases reported I was informed there wasn't, however on my next appointment while on the waiting area I met another patient with the same issue. Clearly they don't sterilized and there's bacterias in the operating room. The number one cause of death when doing cosmetic surgery. Stay away!!! I am still struggling trying to fight the bacteria because the infectious deseas doctor I was referred to only care to cover it up so the clinic wasn't help responsible gave me a treatment didn't send for culture and now all other doctors I got to that send me for culture get a negative result but the symptoms of the bacteria are still there. I had surgery 2x in this clinic and I can say that Dr Jean Paul Giudicelli and his team are the best. Had an amazing experience and I recommend him 110%. You CANT choose a better plastic surgeon than him :).
