Visited Spectrum[Old Airport Road] for physio after removing plaster[2 months] for wrist fracture while playing football. Meeting Dr Sanchi is kind of a boon. Sanchi treated me well gave confidence to come out mentality[Will I ever be normal]. Her techniques are unique and at the same time very effective. The place is really good, Dr Seema makes the person feel so comfortable and has a lovely and serene smile on her face always. She understands the issue very clearly and the best thing is that she focuses on not just one aspect like pain or strength but has a holistic approach to be honest.

I purchased a 12 sessions of physio here in advance last year. After 1-2 sessions, the lockdown and pandemic hit due to which they were shut and I could not go.(Obviously). However, after the first wave, when I contacted them to resume, the doctor told me my plan has got over (had validity of only 6 months). I mean, what nonsense is this? Nothing against the doctor, she was extremely sweet. But the management is what she said has asked her to not provide service. Firstly, I was not informed there is certain time to take the services. Secondly, is there no consideration for lockdown and pandemic where you guys were shut for long? This was very absurd. I tried to get the refund, but this is in vain. My doctor kept telling they will call me to discuss refund, but no one ever called. No customer service and no one to connect and discuss it with, so I gave up. Visited for carpal tunnel pain. Clinic is situated near to the main road. Clean environment. Dr. Sumitha first gave assurance that it can be treated. Dr. Was very friendly and confident. Doctor Sumitha is great, she is caring and very understanding too. I went to her with severe case of lower back pain, that was haunting me from past 4 months. Her treatment with pain management and later core strengthening helped me a lot. Visible relief in two weeks.

Recently I visited spectrum centre located on old airport road. Doctor told session shouldn't be of more than one day but guy who was there at centre said it's not a one day process and require 5 days visit. When I insisted he agreed for 2 day session. This clinic is situated just next door to where I stay. Hence is my first choice whenever I require physio services. A few months back Dr Sumitha had given me relief from acute sciatica pain. This time I went to take treatment for forward head/ rounded shoulders. Dr Sumitha guided me about the various exercises for this problem. I am doing these exercises at home now. Got excellent care when I went to the clinic with a really really bad lower back pain. I was unable to move properly and Dr. Sreejith took a lot of care and treated the pain. Went for physiotherapy for a week and now the pain has completely reduced.

Dr. Shreejith was very patient while listening to us and he suggested exercises which helped reduce back pain which my mother was suffering from.

I came to the centre with mechanical neck pain.Consulted Dr Sreejith.Reduced pain to half in single sit-up.Treatment finished in 2 sit-up.

Dr Sreejith had treated me for shoulder pain that had troubled me for months. He solved it in just 4 sessions. He is very knowledgeable and hands-on.
