Started my hair restoration journey with Ms Fazilah during Covid lockdown period. She refused to do my hair implant when i first met her because she wanted to make sure that my hair donors are healthy before agreeing to do it for me. Still remember what she told me “why move the problem from one area to another?” I have done my hair implant with Fazilah and her team 2 weeks ago and everything are well on track. Was recommended here by a friend. Was skeptical at first however after meeting Faz and discussing what next steps we should take and going through with it I’m super glad I came here! Within months some parts that were balding slowly grew some hair again! If you are having similar issues, balding or thinning of hair I highly recommend you to come here as soon as you can! When I was searching for a solution for my hair issues, I did a lot of research and did not know which one to arrange for an initial consultation as I was hesitant and unsure of what the whole experience would be like. It was after much careful thinking that I sent a DM to Sage Medical Clinic's FB page and waited. I remember that it was a Public Holiday and I was thinking that I would only get a response at the next working day. To my delight, I received a response almost immediately and very quickly an appointment was set up for me to come in. Truth be told, I was still unsure but the moment I had my first consultation, all my fears were assuaged immediately. Faz who was the person attending to me, answered every question patiently and even corrected many of my misunderstanding and assumptions. She proposed a plan that we were BOTH comfortable with and she provided the rationale and explanation which again, reassured me tremendously. Fast forward 4 months. I have completed one hair cycle treatment and I am elated at the visual results that I have achieved with Sage Medical Clinic. My family has noticed the difference and even my barber has stopped sighing at my hair loss and now cuts my hair without hesitating and sighing. LOL! I came to Sage Medical Clinic with a balding crown that I thought was hopeless to salvage and irreversible to make hair re-growth even possible. After the first treatment which was a combination of stem cell and medicine, I could see my crown being brought back to life where my erstwhile limp and thinning hair looks stronger and darker. I have since gone for another two treatments, and I am satisfied with the outcome because the balding crown was significantly covered by new hair growth. My heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Faz who made this possible. Faz is an expert with a heart because she listens and gives her professional best to address one's concerns. I highly recommend her. I was referred to Sage Medical through a friend, and wasn't expecting much; mainly due to past disappointments. However, after my friend's hair got better, I decided to give it a try. Months have gone by and the results speak for itself, it may not be a miracle, but it works.

Faz and team are a great bunch. They are a tightly knit team. Faz did a detailed initial consult, drawings on my head and took photos. She also showed past cases (anonymised). Was seeing another clinic for 2 years for my hair loss issues with minimal progress, spent loads of money and time investing in all the different packages offered to me, but growth was non existent. I was introduced to Faz by a friend who had been engaging her for similar problems and I never looked back.
