I never believe in Aesthetic treatments till I met Dr. Franics in Yr 2018. He is detail in his explanations. He only recommends treatments that is suitable to treat my issues. He is not pushy and never hard selling on his products or treatments. 2 thumbs up for Dr. Franics and his team!!

I came to this place to have my acne outbreak reviewed and treated. They explained to me in details as to why this outbreak occured and gave me products to help relieve the outbreak. Start in 2016 with Dr Francis Tjang at The Aesthetics Medical Clinic Bukit Batok. My face looked tired, dull with uneven skin tone and had many pigmentation spots. Dr Francis is very knowledgeable and explained my conditions and treatment very well. He is very patient and made sure that i feel at ease and assured before i embarked on the first laser treatment. He also made sure the laser procedure was not painful at all and was very efficient. He uses a combination of laser treatments to target my various problems. The team of therapists are friendly and customer centric, always ensuring that i feel comfortable during my visits. They would explain all the steps clearly and this makes one feel assured of the service rendered. The team is also very knowledgeable and explains all the packages and treatments very well. They are able to answer everything succinctly. I found this clinic as I was looking for an aesthetics clinic near my place. Dr Francis is very experience and he recommended the appropriate laser for my pigmentation issue.
