Nice service, good attitude towards children. Unfortunately, the diagnosis was incorrect. Fortunately, we went for a consultation to another office and there is a chance to save the tooth.

I want to leave a negative review for this clinic. I was personally treated by doctor Jakub, everything was normal, the service "can be" as in Poland, although unfortunately without professionalism. But the staff service is just terrible, people are incompetent and unprofessional. THE VISIT that we had expected for a month was canceled half an hour before the appointment (we were told that the doctor suddenly canceled all appointments), while the appointment was confirmed on the same day (a call from the registry office). When she informed us that we were already on our way to Zhivets, they told us: that we are not I wonder if you came from another city. As a result, free time, money for the visit, and mood were wasted. They did not offer another doctor as a replacement (as is done in professional clinics), but informed that the nearest deadline was in 2 months (When they called the clinic next time to confirm the VISIT, which we "please" they promised in two months, it turned out that they do not keep a record for this month. HORRIBLE THAT YEAR. Therefore, from my own experience: do not waste your time and save money, because the clinic is very expensive and the competence and quality do not match the price tag!!!... They write on their website that Mr. Wardas is considered one of the best surgeons. I have to deny this news. He is the best. !!! A master of his craft!!

They put a filling on the child after the National Health Fund on October 11, and on October 16 the filling fell out. She called them, they replied "that's how it is after the National Health Fund". Very nice and professional treatment of the patient. Thanks to preventive measures during minor procedures, problems with wisdom teeth were detected, and after taking a photo right away and arranging an appointment, the procedure was performed without any problems. My first visit, full of concerns and fear, I must admit, was dispelled by the nice and friendly staff. Dr. Roma kept in touch with me throughout the treatment, creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. (thanks to her, I believed in the saying that fear has big eyes). Dr. Roma healed all my cavities and I am very pleased. If necessary, everything is done on site (X-ray, tomograph, surgeon and laser) so you don't have to run around looking for everything. The only place in Poland where you will not experience fear or pain, dentists with many years of experience, excellent service and world-class specialists. If you want to go to a dentist, you can only go to RomaDent in Żywiec, I recommend it 100%.
