I used Dermed's services for many years until the cosmetologist burned my neck and chin during a laser treatment. After reporting the matter, I was offered a consultation with the same person who made my skin look like it had been scalded by an iron. I must admit that this is an unusual concept - I would not have thought of it myself. According to Dermed, it was a normal complication after the procedure. What is interesting is that the cosmetologist who performed several laser treatments on me but unfortunately left, never brought my skin to such a state. I just had a treatment at another office and the first question I was asked when I told this story was about what was used to protect and cool the skin - nothing. And according to a new cosmetologist who uses a special cooling gel, this could have been the cause of burns. However, Dermed believes that despite my comments and instructions regarding the lack of cooling of the depilated areas, nothing happened. Just a common complication after the procedure. I wonder if the lady who corresponded so eagerly with me would like to hide part of her face in a lot of concealer for a week and answer questions about what happened.... (Show more)

I recommend, full professionalism at every level. It's very easy to call and arrange everything over the phone, which is not always obvious, and here it works great, for which thanks go to the lady at the reception. The deadlines are not far away, and the staff serves patients very efficiently and in a pleasant atmosphere. The entire clinic deserves 5 stars, but I would like to especially thank and recommend Dr. Agnieszka Wiernik, I had the lesions surgically removed and everything healed very well and aesthetically.... Everything was fine, the cosmetologist who performed the procedure (black hair, I don't remember her name) explained everything thoroughly. Very nice and helpful. I recommend.
