About Psychology Centre As an integrative psychotherapist I use mainly cognitive, behavioural, person-centred and attachment approaches to work with my clients. I integrate those approaches with the help of the transtheoretical model. I have worked with a wide range of issues: communication difficulties between couples, parenting training, helping in decision-making, trauma, bereavement, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders and more.
