Nobody came to front desk to even ask what I want !! After 10 minutes I checked the room and a girl said just wait ! And I waited for another half an hour!!! Disrespectful and unprofessional, I went somewhere else right away , customer care is the least thing that you have to be good in it 👍🏻 Ps: you don't even know how to respond properly!! I was in your clinic today February 21th 2024 , and after this review this is your response, I'm so happy that I left your clinic and didn't waste my money there 😊 If I was not sure , now I'm absolutely sure that was the best decision!!! I have been to both the Queen Street and Yonge Street locations. Both locations are clean, punctual, and very professional! If you require laser hair removal, for a variety of reasons, I definitely recommend New Skin. If you have very fine hair, I was recommended by the Queen Street location to book an appointment with the Yonge Street location, as the Yonge Street location has the required lasers for fine hair.... I did my first session of laser eye brow microblading/tattoo removal at New Skin Laser Clinic. This clinic is very clean and tidy. Tas cleans her equipment, tools, and chair after each session/client. This is quite important to me during covid. Tas is very friendly and professional. I checked out a few places before I decided on this clinic. Most places seem to be in a hurry to earn profit and suggested that I do at least 3 sessions every 4-6 weeks. Only Tas suggested every 8 weeks which aligns with the recommended 6-8 weeks, as I researched online. Some places even suggested that I do laser treatment for my whole face at the same time. When I asked Tas about that, she suggested that I wait until my eyebrow tattoo removal to be complete before I start other treatments. I appreciate that Tas' focus is on ensuring that her clients get the best treatments with sufficient recovery time in between; rather than rushing the treatments. After my first session, I had questions about the after care and recovery ; and she was quite responsive in answering my questions over text/phone. I definitely recommend this place. Update: I did 5 sessions of eyebrow tattoo removal and was able to remove the old microblading (that turned reddish) completely. I am very happy with the result.... (Show more)

I’ve gone to Tas (New Skin Laser) for over 3 years. She has always kept up with the latest technology, services and equipment. She is both professional and a delight in servicing her clients. Having anything done to your face, a most precious asset, requires guidance from the professional plus tons of trust in them. Tas will always tell you the truth about beauty services. Sometimes I’ve asked her of other treatments that, although, she can do, and she will advises against it or she will support doing it based on what she thinks will be a positive outcome for me. I went to Theodora for laser tattoo removal; she is very sweet, kind and knowledgeable/informative. I haven't seen the end results yet but I am very satisfied with the experience during the appointment and the immediate aftermath frosting/appearance of the treated areas. I know it'll take additional sessions but so far so good. I don't see any reviews for laser tattoo removal for this clinic so I thought I would recommend it here 👍... (Show more)
