I had a breast surgery where I needed a correction surgery. I also received an appointment. Two days before the operation, the appointment was canceled because the doctor and his secretary wanted me to work there more. Since I have a history, no doctor was willing to operate on me. We agreed that I should look for another doctor, which I did after a few months. But instead of bearing the costs even though I had insured myself there, no one felt responsible anymore.... Was in Leipzig on July 14th, 2021, 2 p.m. after making an appointment with Prof. P. I waited in vain for a confirmed surgery appointment. Telephone inquiries in Berlin were not answered. The negative review is then reported to Google because this clinic feels that its rights have been violated and claims that I have never been there. I have saved the appointment confirmation email as proof. Oh, and of course I can also provide proof that the requested fee was transferred to this clinic. Well, you and your lawyer have been dismissed with your complaint and request for deletion against Google. You only got 4, 8 because only 5 star reviews can be tolerated. Negative reviewers are probably intimidated by a lawyer. Your complaint about your lawyer at Google has been rejected. Sue me. I won't allow my freedom of expression to be taken away from me.... The ability to take criticism and the culture of error are nil there. It is better to hire a lawyer to have negative reviews on Google removed, who then brazenly claims that the reviewer was never a customer and that there was never a business relationship. Nobody is obliged to provide their personal details on the Internet, but the fact that someone was a customer of this “clinic” can be proven through saved email traffic and fee transfers. I had a tummy and breast lift with Dr. in January 2022. Kremer-Thum had. I was excited before the first visit and the excitement almost disappeared as soon as I was greeted. Dr. Kremer-Thum is a very friendly and pleasant doctor who women don't have to be afraid of. From the beginning to the last examination I felt like I was in good hands. The operation went very well and I should take a look at it the next day. Everything looked great and it got better and better from week to week. After 4 weeks I was allowed to do everything again. Now after 8 weeks and diligent scar care, the scars are getting lighter and lighter. I am so thrilled with my results and am happy that I took this step. The two ladies at reception were always nice and super friendly. The specialist advice is very good! Operation and care very good! The doctor has a very calm and reserved manner, which also struck me as very personable and competent. There was also no pressure to make a decision. My long-awaited wish of breast enlargement finally came true in December 2018. I felt comfortable in Medical One Berlin from the start. The receptionists always responded to my emails very quickly regarding appointments and payment. The operation took place in the MeoClinic and I have nothing to complain about there either. The day/night that the operation took place, the nurses checked my vital signs at short, regular intervals and I felt like I was in good hands. The aftercare and appointments also went smoothly. During the initial consultation and after the operation, the doctor took a lot of time to answer my questions and requests. On March 23, 2017 I read from Dr. med. Mathias Kremer-Thum removed my nose hump. The advice was great and the staff was always very sensitive and there for you! I had an upper eyelid surgery with Dr. Kremer-Thum. The treatment was worth every penny. The clinic is perfectly equipped, surprisingly large and staffed with excellent staff from reception to nurses to doctors.
