Harun Acipayam Rhinoplasty Clinic

I had a revision with Harun at February 2023. Before the OP my breathing was perfectly fine and now I can't breath through my nose most of the time. I went to an ENT in my country and he said that the nostrils collapsed because there is no cartilage to support it. This is almost non fixable. Harun promised me he won't harm my breathing but eventually I entered the surgery a healthy woman and left with a serios disability. SAVE YOURSELF! My comments to the dr. response: You didn't use cartilage from my rib, only from my ear. I messaged you several times about my breathing problems, first you said its an inside swollen and later that this is an allergy. Unfortunately non of this was true and I can see that the nostril is closed and feel that there is nothing to keep it open. I have this problem in common with many people from my country that were operated by you last winter. Edit: This doctor, who DAMAGED my nose by committing defects that another doctor could approve and report, is threatening my family and me with a lawsuit. Let it be known that I will not be removing my comment. We are also ready to file a counterclaim for the material and moral damage we suffered as a family. Everyone is free to share their bad experience on this platform. I want to write about all my experiences about this disgraceful surgery I had after 1 year and 8 months. My complaints 1- Difficulty in breathing, nasal congestion 2- I have a runny nose that hasn't stopped since the day of my surgery, I always walk around with a napkin! 3- Columella prolapse, 4- I have a hollow on both sides of my nose and therefore it still has an arched appearance, 5- When viewed from the front, it is clearly leaning towards the right, 6- A surgical scar that heals worse than normal The doctor could not find the cause of my runny nose problem and dismissed it as an allergy and gave me medication. Even though I stated that the medications were of no use, he never followed up on the process and never took responsibility. However, the doctor I saw in Italy says that the reason for this is clearly an incomplete intervention. This doctor didn't even ask me for an MRI. Because of all these things, I have to have a revision and it's all this doctor's fault. Even though he offered me a revision, I did not accept it because I never trusted him, because he insisted on telling me that he could not solve the runny nose and that it was not caused by him. Moreover, he said that he would fill the holes in my nose with cartilage powder, but he did not give clear information about how he would do this. It is not clear whether it is a rib or an ear, and who would want to undergo surgery in uncertainty? Moreover, after the scar left on my nose after the surgery, why would I trust a second incision for the ear or ribs? Since the surgery, I haven't had a single day without a napkin. Even though I said these during the controls, I did not receive any attention. The price I paid on that date was 1350 Euros. I would also like to point out that they give different prices to Turkish and foreigners. After 1 year, the issue only came down to revision, and we even had a fight with the assistant next to him because he was answering the questions I asked very late. I could not reach them for any discomfort within 1 week after the surgery. One evening, I had a panic attack and we called the doctor because we couldn't understand what was happening, but even in the morning, no one called to ask what happened. Let me tell you in advance that you will not be able to reach it even if you die, you are left to fend for yourself from the moment you have the surgery. When I, as a victimized patient, mentioned this to the doctor, the answer I received was 'Everyone loves the assistant lady, no one complained except you, they even asked for a wife from such and such a country' :D? In summary, the worst experience of my life was trusting this doctor and these people. They said that I would have the surgery at Yaşam Hospital, a few days before the surgery, I learned that this had changed and that it would be at a MEDICAL CENTER, and since there was only a few days left and we were confident beforehand, we did not want to do it, but it turns out that even this was a red flag. We entrust our lives to the medical center under uncertain conditions, and in return they cannot guarantee anything other than a vague revision after 1 year. For that revision, they were willing and reluctant: "We cannot guarantee the result, it could be worse, it could be better, we are not God, even God could not make a perfect nose." YES, they gave exactly this answer. If they had told me from the beginning that they could not do my nose, I would have found another doctor, but no, they will use me as a test subject. Many people who speak positively on platforms such as WP are acquaintances of the doctor or people who make money by bringing patients to the doctor. I heard everything I wrote in the group from the doctor during my check-up. For your information, whatever you write goes to the doctor. Don't believe the images on the operating table either. Even with splints on my nose, I could see the crookedness when I looked under my nose. The doctor was also very aware that it was crooked, but he kept me busy for months, saying it would get better.
