I got a fantastic facial here! Another service I highly recommend is the slim wave. My waist was starting to creat a muffin top and in 6 sessions it’s gone! I’m so satisfied!
I had a nice experience at Beauty Spa with Abbey. She's easy to work with, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
I had a full body exfoliation and massage. Absolutely fantastic. Abbey is a total professional and extremely knowledgeable. She’s very good at what she does. Highly recommend.
My husband and I had a very romantic and relaxing 1 hr massage for two at the Centerpointe location. The place was very beautiful and the service was a 10/10. We will definitely be booking more sessions. Thanks Again Abby!❤️
Amazing body scrub with Carly. Hour long service includes 20 minutes of body scrub, a nice hot shower and 30 minutes of massage with hot towels! Definitely would recommend!

Always an enjoyable experience
I'm used to get massages but this was no where near comparable to what I am used to. The body scrub was nice but the massage techniques were questionable. I could not get a receipt to claim insurance at the end. That was disappointing.

It’s so difficult to get through to the salon via phone (Be ready fo call multiple times before you get through to someone) and not possible to book the appointment online with a groupon.. another really odd thing that the employee told me over the phone was that I’d have to purchase $20 underwear there for my body massage “due to covid”. I was charged more for what I went in for with no breakdown on the prices.
Wow - I had the full body scrub with Diana and it was amazing. From start to finish it was such a relaxing and comforting experience. The quality of products were great. The body scrub was perfect and she asked if the pressure was too hard or too light, it was great. You then take a steamy hot shower in their very clean and modern shower and come back to be fully moisturized. Your skin feels like butter when you're done. It's unreal. Will definitely do this 2-3 times a year, especially after the change of seasons.... (Show more)
Poor customer service regarding honouring purchased promotions. Spa offered promotions through groupon and refused to honour after expiration due to province-wide lockdown. Never returning.
My facial was actually one of the best I have ever had. Lovely ladies, kind and caring. I've already booked for my next facial. Exactly what I expected and much more. The foot massage. Heavenly.
