• Chief Executive Officer • Tony has an incredible depth of pharmacy experience spanning some 34 years in the industry, and has been part of the management team for more than eight years, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in July 2011. • Prior to partnering with HPS, Tony owned and operated various hospital pharmacies across Melbourne, and held the position of Managing Partner with a large hospital pharmacy business from 1998 to 2003. • Tony has been a Board Member since 2005. Other accolades include a Board Member of St Paul’s Drug Rehabilitation Centre as a Non- Executive Director, guest speaking at the AUSMED/ANF study day, and graduate of AICD in 2007.

• Dr Andrew Holsman is the Chairman of the HPS Board. Andrew works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive the development of clear business strategies, strengthen risk management, set corporate procedures and generally assist in operating good governance standards. To maintain the national leadership profile of the organisation, Andrew also plays a role in technology and support systems and practices. • Andrew is also currently the chairman of international architectural firm, Woods Bagot (1993 – 1997 and 2003 – present). Before joining the HPS Group, Andrew served as a partner at Ernst & Young for 20 years. • Andrew has previously held board positions for the National Trust of South Australia, Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Burnside Hospital, Greening Australia, Australian Central Credit Union and Cold Logic.

• General Manager – Business Development • Tin joined the HPS Group as a pre-registrant pharmacist. Tin is responsible for overseeing the operations of all hospital and oncology clients, and identifying and implementing new business opportunities and strategic decision-making as part of the business development division. As General Manager – Business Development, Tin works closely with the HPS Regional Operations Managers to ensure delivery of the highest quality pharmacy services to clients in line with SLAs. Tin completed his MBA and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
