Room very comfortable and clean. Beautiful hotel and staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Self service breakfast was one of the best and had such a good variety. Would highly recommend the valentine's dinner. Attention to detail was great and a lovely atmosphere.
Very comfortable room. Staff were lovely. Unfortunately due to covid regulations its difficult to completely relax anywhere. Breakfast not great..

Lovely 4 star in the little town of Ballinasloe Great hotel with fabulous Spa and gym Large bedroom very clean and great decor Very friendly snd efficient staff serving lovely food Great for weddings or other events Huge pool available On arrival at the hotel my friends and I were greeted by a wonderful Waitress by the name of Mary she was very friendly polite and informative she guide us through to the different options available to us If you ever visit this hotel please try the homemade chicken Wings Thai curry option with chicken, prawns or Beef I will be back in Ireland soon so will definitely visit again maybe for Afternoon Tea Again thanks for a great experience with my friends for a special occasion Mary you are a star and great example of fantastic customers service...
