The results with braces i have achieved with Green Valley Dental Was 10/10. Also want to thank Evelyn for being so much help with my appointments and the orthodontist & dental nurses that took care of me :)

Highly recommend Dr Tran. I am very anxious going to the dentist and Dr Tran was amazing, he explained every process and was very gentle and understanding during my procedure. The staff at GVD were very professional, friendly and helpful.

I loved my experience at Green Valley Dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist/orthodontist!

Worst experience, very unprofessional and lack of customer service… Waited there for one hour and 20 minutes without a word of communication. Will not go there again.

This is now my personal dentist. I’ve gotten all my fillings done here and plan to do all my future dental work here because the staff is beyond professional and knowledgeable. Green Valley Dental were fantastic from the get go. When i fitst called and spoke with Evelyn she went above and beyond to squeeze me in due to my tight schedule & even came up with a great price. Dr Fadi was friendly , personable and explained everything that i needed to know. He had a great sence of humour and even offered to play any somgs i wanted on my playlist to pass the time 🤣 Most importantly I was very happy with the outcome of my teeth whitening. It is with pleasure to write a personal review of the experience I had at Green Valley Dental on the 23rd of October, 2023. It goes without saying that the professionalism not only by the Doctor but also by the Stuff is unpickable. They assist you from the moment that you walk in, till the moment you have finished your appointment with the Doctor. Every question I asked the Doctor or the Stuff, was perfectly answered with understanding and courtesy. I was over the moon with the outcome of the result of the fine work that Doctor Thomas Tran performed on my front teeth, I now can smile with confidence again. Great customer service from the dental nurses to reception. Evelyn at reception is courteous, polite and always willing to help. The dentists at the clinic are professional and friendly. They understand their art and always explain the procedures and cost before starting any work. I have been visiting with my family for many years and always leave with a happy smile. I have seen DR tran for many years and he is very professional and friendly, always make sure you feel comfortable. And he follow up with the patient after surgery (bone grafted) make every went well. Very happy with the service.

Well we're do I start. I began in march for an emergency root canal to be told it would be done in 3 stages. I then booked for my last 2 sessions within 4 weeks. Only to be cancelled on twice and then told by the dental clinic that the dentist could no longer do Fridays. I was then told that he had up and left the clinic due to personal reasons. I had already completed my second stage after 2 whole months of waiting I was almost done. I then got fed up with the lack of communication and the run around that I demanded another dentist finish the treatment to only be falsely led into an appointment were I thought I was going to have this done and then told "sorry I can't continue on from what the previous dentist has done you will need to see a specialist". Unprofessional to say the least. No communication at all with me no transparency. Nothing I was left high n dry to fend for myself. I demanded a refund which I was given however when asked if another qualified dentist of that clinic could the job I was told yes we can but we would need to charge you the entire amount again and start from the beginning. I was livid. I understand I was refunded but in the interest of myself as a patient they should have referred me to another dentist and either charged me for the last stage only or given me a discount if they had to begin all over again. The experience was unforgettable and disgusting. I will never recommend this place and I will never step foot inside this clinic ever again. DO NOT GO HERE.... (Show more)

I had an appointment and it was the most shocking experience, im heavily pregnant and i had severe pain in my tooth, after the x-ray was done the main dentist advised me to work on 3 of my teeth but i knew which tooth was giving me trouble at that moment as i experienced days of pain from that specific tooth. After i decided to get treatment done on that tooth the MAIN DENTIST (not the assistant) frowned upon my decision and was unhappy that i did not take the route to spend on all 3 teeth for treatment on the same day. Throughout the procedure I felt harassed for not being able to afford getting the work she wanted done.This has made me feel very overwhelmed on top of the pain i’m experiencing and the child i’m expecting in a couple days time. Been coming here since my baby was 6 months old, had a pleasant experience all the staff were very helpful and friendly also I have to give a shout out to evelyn for giving me such a great customer service which is very hard to come by these days.
