Complete medical check up place in south Jakarta, fast and friendly service. The examination room is neat and comfortable. There is a children's play room. Recommend.

My husband, daughter and I all had a great experience at Good Practice. The doctors and nurses are very attentive and gentle during invasive procedures. The receptionists are very welcoming and friendly. There’s even a small play area for younger kids. I highly recommend this clinic!

The friendliest and most caring service around, with doctors always following up on results and on progress post treatment. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is a poor choice and possibly absence of partnerships with referral clinics and hospitals. My wife was referred to two different hospitals where the doctors could not make the scheduled appointments. She ended up not following through on her jaw diagnosis and treatment. I was referred to a joint clinic in Jakarta where they had me wait well past the scheduled time without giving me any indication how long it would take. I ended up walking away.... (Show more)

I am an American citizen who moved to Jakarta having lived in NYC and Bangkok priorly. I decided to give Good Practice a try after seeing advertisements on social media. My husband and I had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Shendy. On each of our visits, Dr. Shendy has been so patient and taken her time to listen and explain everything in detail. I have a PhD in public health and am aware of clinical preventive services and recommendations. Dr. Shendy is up-to-date on all of the latest research and clinical recommendations. Awful experience here. All the equipment is old and outdated. The staff took blood and were aggressive with it so it left bruising. They charge for unnecessary tests and consultations just to make money and do not accept payments directly through insurance companies which shows how terribly connected they are.... (Show more)

Small clinic with limited business hour (since sickness is unpredictable) however, I can fully trust this clinic and the doctors. Doctors is excellent. They will help you anytime, anyday possible. Thank you Good practice.

Outstanding in medical practice, follow up - the service I have received from the Good Practice is absolutely outstanding.

Great service and assistance. We are english tourists and this was no issue at all and the doctor communicated extremely well. Conversation via wattsapp was also excellent. They was able to assist us to a telephone call and then send us required antibiotics via a gojeck driver which worked perfectly and was a very smooth process. Pricing was very reasonable too. I have visited several times Good Practice clinic for COVID tests but this time it was for a more serious allergic reaction. The doctors, nurses and supporting staff were all friendly, caring, committed, skilled, and above all reassuring me. Each step of the treatment I received was thoroughly explained and detailed to me in perfect English (and even French). They kept me in observation for several hours just to make sure there won't be any complications. I would highly recommend everyone sick to go to that clinic. Amazingly friendly and competent staff. Waiting time was not even 10 minutes. Director even introduced himself to me - I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Have been using Good Practice as my GP for the past 5 years and they have been great. Very fast response, caring team. I highly recommend them.

I had the most wonderful experience at Good Practice Clinic. From calling in the morning for an appointment to being greeted by the director of the clinic at the front desk and being examined by Dr. Karina, I have felt so incredibly comfortable and safe. The examining nurse was beyond lovely and so was the front desk staff. Dr. Karina was so patient with all of my questions and explained everything to me really well. She didn’t push any medication onto me and neither did the staff at the in-clinic-pharmacy. While I hope to stay healthy and not have to come back, I would recommend this clinic to anyone that needs English speaking staff.
