I was struggling with the recovery of my right shoulder and tricep after my cervical injury. I have taken almost all the best advice and physiotherapy at Vaishali and Indirapuram places but nothing worked in my favor. The kind of discomfort, wrong posture and low strength I have developed inside me has become a part of my life and I have to deal with it for the rest of my life. But I thank one of the trainers of F1 Fitness (Indirapuram) who advised me to go to Reborn Physiotherapy & Nero Rehab Clinic where I can definitely find solution to my problem as he has recommended it to many members of the gym who are now completely back to normal life and doing an excellent workout. I went and met Dr. Himandri Kapil and I found her in my first session to be very knowledgeable and she diagnosed my problem accurately in my first session itself and after the first session of my therapy I felt magical results. The clinic has all the advanced equipment and they have case studies/experiences that I have benefited from. I had multiple sprain in my ankle, and doctors said that I have a ligament tear and this will stay lifetime. I was really scared and in pain. I am gym goer and whenever I used to do exercises which involves ankle mobility and strength, i couldn’t , and it used to pain a lot. Then I met Dr. Himandri and I got physiotherapy from her and after that there was so much relief. Where I used to do 70kgs weighted squats, I started doing 130-140kgs squats after her physiotherapy! Earlier I had pain in lower back due to lifting heavy weights. I had consulted many doctors & took meds but nothing worked for me. Then someone suggested Dr. Himandri. I went to her clinic in a hope to get things fine and was expecting to get back to routine in a month but to my surpise she treated me within a week with no medication.
