Had my first appointment at this location yesterday and was so pleased with the service that I booked in for an eyebrow wax today. I went in to purchase a pair of earrings for my daughter that my daughter saw online. I asked the staff member to call another store as they did not have it and she responded "can you call them yourself? I have to search the details online as well!". She was rude, impatient and very unhelpful. She obviously does not understand the meaning of customer service or customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be going there again.... (Show more)

Thank you Lynda for your review. When you came to our salon the Therapist who served you was in the treatment room serving a client that had a booking,. This was advised to you when she came out of the room. Unfortunately we did not have the jewellery you required and it was suggested that you could buy it online but you did not want to as you didn't want to pay the freight which is fair enough. You then insisted she call other salons to see if they had the jewellery (which she did for you). Once again you were advised about the client in the room but still wanted her to call other salons. Sometimes we only have 1 staff member on which this happened to be one of those times. I am sorry we didn't have the jewellery and I hope you have been able to purchase it.

Once again Mel was amazing for my piercings! I saw her last year for a daith, and she was so good! Yesterday, I got 2 helix piercings and my nose done, and Mel was fantastic again! I highly recommend going to see her for all your piercing needs!
