I have been visiting for my leg vein procedure for many years. Friendly staff & highly recommend Dr. Garth Dicker. Very professional service.

Had 5 sessions of under eye tixel done with minimal (if any) results. The girls are nice though and they use a very strong and effective topical numbing cream.

As a professional ambitious woman I have ZERO time for skin care…..My skin also certainly showed it, getting worse and losing faith. I came to see Sussanah at Collins Cosmetics with the idiot intention of some giant laser Freddy Krueger, in the hopes that if I spent a few thousand at a good place on taking some layers off that somehow my face would be better. BUT Instead I got a life lesson that I can not put any price on (and way cheaper than my Krueger go) a real education from a wonderful passionate professional provider and it has near changed my skin life in all the right ways. Sussanah immediately cleaned and cleared my skin, we talked in depth regarding my skin, habits and concerns. She then showed me where I was going wrong and gave me simple smart advice (she did not on sell fancy products!!) although did dramatically help with her advice. I would even say a 60% overall improvement in my skin from 1 visit alone. I was never expecting that, this will last a lifetime. I have been back again for another review and I am ready to head down another path recommended for me by Sussanah to work on some scarring that bothers me ….as in Susannah I trust 🙌. (I also took in my step daughter who has completely different skin! but she cured her skin conditions also…truly thankful there, I felt useless to help) I used it as a lesson as to why I’m going back to Collins Cosmetics again and again. Susannah helped me the right way. Instead of taking my money and giving me what I thought I may need (I have zero idea) she is steering me on a long term path to real skin health and also importantly my confidence and happiness. I'll be honest This is the best cosmetic clinic I have ever visited here or overseas. The knowledge and experience of Dr Dicker in dark circles is commendable. I had seen many skin specialists in the past as I had developed dark circles under my eyes a few years ago. Everyone had their generic ideas and commercial beauty products, which I tried and tried with no positive results. One product made it even worse. When I saw this clinic online, looked at reviews, I visited and I was very satisfied with Dr Garth's approach and honesty. He looked at minute details and informed me of different reasons I had developed this condition and advised treatment accordingly. It has been a few months and I have genuinely seen a difference in my dark circles. I will be honest as he was with me that it is not an easy task to treat dark circles and you have to strictly follow the treatment and live like a vampire (avoid sun) use sun screen but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I visited this Clinic for the first time recently. I could not be more pleased. The reception staff were welcoming and efficient. I had two treatments. Lip rejuvenation (filler) with Sandy who made excellent decisions about what was needed and ensured she consulted me throughout the procedure. I saw Dr. David MacDonald for my first ever Botox session (in the Masseter). The consult was fine, however a week later, my smile was noticeable asymmetric. I decided to give it 3 more weeks. Now, 4 weeks later, I’m disappointed that my smile is still asymmetric (the right side doesn’t lift as high as the left) and my dimple is no longer present. I’ve also lost my natural smile line on the right - almost looks like my right cheek is frozen 😕 I believe it is because the Botox was injected into the risirious muscle by accident. For that reason, I wouldn’t go back (and to be honest, could improve on bedside manner as some light sexist comments were made implying that women are always on their phone and love needles).... I love the friendly service and Sandy's magic on my face. I have lost 25 k, and it had taken its toll on my face, but it was all before I saw Sandy. She is amazing.

I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I can honestly say I have never experienced such great service. The staff are friendly and always serve you with a smile, and really make you feel comfortable during your appointments. Cannot recommend this place enough!
