DR MA MOOSA Dermatologist

Dr Muhammed-Ameen Moosa began his career at the University of Witwatersrand, where he received his medical degree in 2002. He went on to complete a Diploma in Primary Emergency Care in 2005 before completing a Diploma in Anaesthetics from the College of Medicine of South Africa, in 2006. Dr Moosa continued his medical education by completing a fellowship in Dermatology in 2012 and opened his own independent dermatology practice in the same year. Dr Moosa also holds a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Witwatersrand, as well as a Travel Medicine certification from SASTM. He is a member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the Medical and Dental Professions Board. Dr Moosa specializes in the diagnosis and management of skin, hair and nail disorders in adults and children and has a special interest in skin care.
