Croc quality is dropping. Crocs changed their warranty to cover a new and poordeign nd qaulity flaw. How sad.
Not impressed with service. Bought a pair for my daughter on-sale. Returned 4 times to exchange the size. Whenever I went to check for the size there was no stock.3 months later and still no stock and now I was told to exchange I need to pay in. The assistant was not helpful at all
Disappointing service! I spent two days trying to phone them but it kept ringing no-one was picking up, also left two messages. I didn't want to make a trip only to be told they couldn't help me... which is exactly what happened. The lady I spoke to when I got there on the Saturday, was also disinterested. Not cool, man! Also, PLEASE answer your phones!... (Show more)
