Was able to get an urgent appointment for the following day which is important when you have pain. Had X-ray, injection and a filling at a reasonable price and no pain during treatment. Was happy with the result and will definitely be back.
If you ever need to meet a dentist, this is the place to go to.
Rude staff
I loved everything about this practice, the rooms were clean and tidy and the dentist made me feel extremely comfortable. The staff were amazing and friendly they made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend this practice.

Worst customer service treatment ever! I got my crowns for my front teeth done at the beginning of this year. First of all, my 1 front tooth is discoloured and does not look like the other ones. Secondly, when I finished my procedure they had said I must come back and do check-ups every 6 months so if anything happens to my crowns they can fix them. I was due for my check up in July and they basically expected me to pay R1000 for my check-ups when I've already paid them over R30k to do my crowns in the first place. When I asked why I am paying more money they told me I am paying for gloves and whatever - so your gloves cost R1000? Lastly, when I sent them an email to ask why they were making me pay again, they ignored me. They are money hungry dentists who take advantage of their patients and I would never recommend them to anyone... (Show more)

Modern dental practice with a dental laboratory on site which ensures the best possible treatment and treatment planning for your every need.
Most horrific experience! Poor hygienic control during surgery! Very controlling and unethical behaviour from the dentist, overriding the needs of the patient to the extend that he ignored my communication of severe pain during an implant surgery. Instead of at least pausing and evaluating the situation, he carried on and placed the implant into infected bone! This infection should have been picked up on the x-ray he took. There was zero aftercare, with phones not answered during the day. I was left alone with my severe complications and pain. Outrageously, this dentist would have charged me the R4,700 (his fee excl implant/lab) cost again in the event of a failed implant! Southern implant, who supplies the implant, replaces failed implants for free. The surgeon at Entabeni who I ended up going to for an emergency consultation, 10 days post surgery (after again not getting a hold of this dentist's practice and no option to leave a message), does not charge his patients again after a failed implant. Dentist Dr Windisch, who this review is for, has performed an implant surgery doomed to fail, with zero sympathy for his patient. He has been the cause of severe pain, discomfort and bone loss (where before there was strong complete bone . I have been left desperately out of pocket after having to pay my new very capable dentist for the damage control and removal of the failed implant, Plus having to start all over again and pay all over again....
