I made an appointment on a Tuesday, and was told they would be available the next day, at 7:20 pm. The next day at 6:49 pm I'm there, I say I have an appointment scheduled and they then tell me but it's not here. I say my name, and the girl at reception tells me that the appointment was Tuesday (the previous day) at 7:20 pm, to which I ask but after all, the appointment would be here, right? And tell me yes. I think just in this confusion, and lack of communication, I'm glad I didn't register. It is also a warning for the supervisor, so that future customers can avoid situations like this.... I had the worst experience of my life. After my knee operation the therapist Rachel started trying to help me. In the second week I arrived and asked the receptionist to see a doctor Urgently. She told me that there was no doctor. He didn't even try to call a doctor and asked me to speak to Rachel - the therapist. I said that the muscle pain was intense, I was already having difficulty walking again and a lump had appeared on my leg. This “therapist” said it was normal that she needed to be patient. I explained that at the age of 63 I had learned to be patient, that was not the problem but rather my concern. She asked if there was anything different that could be done and she arrogantly said: “I am doing everything necessary for your case.” I replied that I would like a second opinion. Of course there was no interest in helping me. There is no indication that these therapists receive supervision, that patients' conditions are communicated and there is a conversation between the entire team. I was receiving a massage that hurt a lot and I asked to stop and she, Rachel, told me it was necessary. Conclusion: at the weekend I went to the emergency room, the muscle was completely damaged, the massage could not be done according to medical examinations, MRI and many other tests. I will have another surgery to correct some damage done by Rachel - simply because she thinks she knows more than her patients; who thinks that a modality used in One person fits all. I was also not impressed with the doctor: 5 minutes of consultation and he didn't even answer my question about pain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO RECOVER. It was still a more formal complaint, but I think many people need to know about my experience. My suffering, pain, depression, costs of more treatments and surgeries increased. It's a shame they call themselves professionals.... (Show more)

I went to do physio at this clinic on the recommendation of Dr. Pedro Pessoa, who performed knee arthroscopy on me. Very unimpressed and I expressed my displeasure in writing, I didn't like the answer very much. Technical team of noisy and unprofessional young people, lack of seniority! After a week, I was worse than when I came in, with horrible edema, due to a lack of professionalism. Due to a total lack of confidence, I changed clinics and it was the best thing I did. In short, I don't recommend it!... (Show more)

Physiotherapy is great but the business model leaves a lot to be desired. From the discharge consultation taking 3 minutes and having the same cost as a first consultation, to the need to make a new consultation to do more physiotherapy (and pay, of course), even after having been requested. Furthermore, it is more expensive to miss physiotherapy sessions. Legally, there should be no charge for medical services not provided. I understand the need, in order to reduce absences, but the amount charged should be that of one session and not 4x the amount.... (Show more)

Dear Customer, We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, but our quality standards require that patient monitoring be carried out regularly with the presence of a doctor. A patient's recovery is done in collaboration between the physiotherapist and the doctor. The duration of medical consultations varies depending on the needs of the clients. In your case, it was a discharge, because you are cured, which we think was the objective when you came to us. If you miss your scheduled session, our policy will be communicated to you before treatments begin. In his case, his insurance company did not agree to pay when he was absent, but the services were available, taking away other patients who needed care.

Continued great service, help and treatment. The staff have regularly gone above and beyond to help me.

Everybody is very nice. Installation super modern. But it’s a money machine (need to go through expensive Doctor every 10 sessions with no added value). As suggestion I would add a senior kine to lead the young ones.

From first calls, physiotherapy doctor assessment and throughout my physio so far, I've been incredibly impressed with ComCorpus. All staff are polite, helpful and efficient. Reception staff/administrators have been endlessly patient and friendly, communication both in-person and on the phone has been great, and physio sessions have been well-organised and effective. The space is great (Campo Pequno location /branch) and the physio programme has felt very well-managed, with small, achievable adjustments each sessions. Highly recommend.... (Show more)

Terrible service, unprofessional, they don't answer calls and without respect for users, I don't recommend it at all!

Dear Tiago, we are surprised by the classification you gave us, since we do not have any patient with your name. However, if you would like to clarify this matter, we will be happy to do so. Contact us using the available channels. Thanks

I was very well attended to at the reception by receptionist Molina and also during medical care with Dr. Nuno Loureiro who was very kind and professional. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

I was very well looked after by the doctor who did an excellent job and without a doubt gained my trust for the rest of my life. I can no longer say the same for physiotherapy, they need to improve a lot as professionals and be aware that not everyone being treated is a lay person. The impression I had was that they were doing something they didn't like and that's why they did it in a bad mood and didn't give the patient the slightest importance.... (Show more)

Very bad experience. No consideration of the client prompt to ask for paiement but one month later still waiting for the invoice. Poor competence of the doctor we met. No communication between doctor and therapist. The best decision was to leave this clinic.

Dear Béatrice, we regret the fact that we did not meet your expectations. ComCorpus clinic values customer satisfaction. However, we also appreciate that the conditions and rules of the clinic are met. We already confirmed that at least on our part, everything was carried out according to the protocols and procedures. Best regards

Very bad. A structure with head, limbs and legs. I do not recommend. I am saddened by the service that Dr. Teresa Varandas provided. The situation at this clinic is black, black, but very black, it's not gray, it's black. But now it's done, it's done... I'm not worried because finding another clinic is easy, it's easy.... This must be a mistake, at ComCorpus we do not have, nor have we ever had, any collaboration with Dr. Teresa Varandas, a person whose existence we are unaware of

Response from the owner2 years ago

Bad experience (except for the consultation with the doctor). Lack of professionalism, non-compliance with schedules, lack of customer service. Clear case of unfulfilled expectations

Without a doubt one of the best clinics in Lisbon. An excellent clinical team so well led by Dr. Frederico Varandas. In addition to being great professionals, they are great human beings. The physiotherapy team is very professional and they know very well what they are doing. I strongly recommend this Clinic. Congratulations to all your employees.... (Show more)
