We were taken care of as soon as we arrived. Welcoming staff, the doctor speaks English and surprise French very well too (Japanese and Korean), very friendly! Saw Dr Che today and he was great! His English is perfect and the rest of his staff that I spoke with, spoke English very well also. Dr Che had a great sense of humor and was very kind. I didn't feel rushed, but he got me out of there pretty quickly despite being thorough in the exam. I forgot to ask the name of the woman that took my vitals :( but she was very sweet and chatted with me while doing her job. Her English was also excellent. No issues with my foreign credit card. I thought the cost was very fair considering no insurance and they took me next day. It was about 3 minutes from the station, so no issues finding it. Be aware you have to put in a code (there's a sign with the information), into a keypad and they will buzz you in. I highly recommend calling in advance to make sure they have appointments available, if you are traveling to get here. If you don't have insurance and don't speak Japanese, this is the perfect place to go. It seems they perform many tests and vaccinations on site, if needed. Sort of a one-stop shop (not sure if they provide meds, I didn't need any). The staff was very friendly and the service was speedy, which was greatly appreciated.... (Show more)

Very friendly and both nurse and Dr speak good English. Would recommend. I got lucky, but I think it is better to call beforehand and make an appointment. They speak English so it will not be difficult.

We just moved to Japan 3 months ago and suddenly our kids got sick. For almost a month we’ve been hopping from one clinic to another and prescribed with tons of medications but only got worse. Then I got referred to this clinic and had our consultation with Dr. Karl Che and I have to say that it was the best consultation session ever!! He speaks English very well, very compassionate and thorough when it comes to our kid physical examination, answer all of our questions patiently (very detailed too) and most importantly he is very good in diagnosis. The staff knows English perfectly and they are great at diagnostic. Plus you can receive your prescribed medicine at the time of the visit, which is convenient.

Efficient and friendly. I was able to call and schedule and appointment within an hour. The doctor on staff subtletly chided me for the decisions I made that led to ear pain, but it was done in good spirits. He was kind, knowledgable, and spoke English better than I do. The total cost ran about 21,000 yen with meds and without insurance. I obviously don't want to be in that office paying that amount (who would?), but the peace-of-mind and customer service allowed me to continue my travels and enjoy Japan.... (Show more)

My daughter had severe asthma when she was in kindergarten, so she took good care of me. My daughter is now a high school student, but I am still indebted to her. He is a kind and very understanding teacher.

We had a wonderful experience here. My child enjoyed his visit and everyone is friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Dr. Karl and staff for the professionalism, and warmth. My child never enjoyed his doctor visit as much as he did today!

Had an unfortunate allergic reaction to mosquitos and the bites had swelled up and were extremely itchy. Wasn’t sure how serious it was and luckily I found this clinic. All the staff spoke English and were very helpful and cheerful. The doc prescribed some medication that I was able to leave with. No need to head to a pharmacy. Check up was 10000 yen. If you have travel insurance it’ll cover that. Make sure to book an appointment ahead of time. Overall, great experience and the staff put me at ease. Would recommend!... (Show more)

We went there with our new born. Best best guess decision we ever made: Dr. Che is a very warm and considerate pediatrician. He takes all the time that is needed, want to understand how the baby, but also the parents are doing. He is very experienced in different medical treatments from different countries worldwide and e.g. proposed an appropriate vaccination plan for us, that suits European, Japanese and Chinese needs. But was not pushing on anything, if we would have decided against some specific vaccinations he would have fully respected our decision.
