Test tube success. Kind and trustworthy.

Although the cost is very expensive, it is very faithful to its role as a specialized hospital for having children. However, treatment hours are limited and waiting times are extremely long, so it may feel unfamiliar and unfriendly when you first visit.

English in below 의사가 영어도 전혀 못 하고 환자를 돈으로만 보는 병원 최악이에요. I will never recommend this hospital. Firstly, the doctors don’t or can’t speak English at all. Secondly, during the ultrasound, they pushed my belly very hard without notice. Lastly, I needed to wait so long to see the doctor although I made my reservation for the earliest time. I have seen lots of different gynecologists in many other countries in my life and this was the worst experience visiting this hospital.... (Show more)

It is connected to Seoul Station for convenient transportation. The medical staff is friendly and the infertility expertise is solid.

Not good. Male patients are not treated like human beings. Other places cost 60,000 to 70,000 won for tests that cost 50 to 60 won. Not recommended for foreign patients. They don't even speak English.

Waiting time for payment is 20 minutes, ultrasound waiting time is 1 hour. First of all, in conclusion, about 4 of my friends tried the test tube 3 to 5 times, but they were not successful. Personal information was entered incorrectly, so I requested correction several times, but it was not corrected. There are 27 people waiting for an ultrasound, and when I did an ultrasound without insurance at another hospital, it cost 70,000 won, but here it costs about 400,000 won. Someone I know also did the test here, but there was no result for about 4-5 times, and they just kept collecting hospital bills. The bottom line is, when you get older, accept what you have to accept. There is nothing I can do... A 40-year-old woman in a world where people live to be over 100 years old - I just lived so hard that I couldn't find a partner. However, I think it is immoral and irresponsible for a hospital to treat a woman in her 40s with expired bread that the world no longer needs. If that's the case, why go to the hospital and why do you hire medical technology? Rather than performing the same procedure repeatedly, you should invest in R&D to increase the odds and improve the timing of women giving birth and conceiving healthy children. I think they need to do more research and development for women’s child birth, instead of telling women over 40s that “things won’t be easy.” Accept the fact and see how it goes… ” I have experienced very long wait for everything. They would charge you for every possible occasion. Most people I know have failed and the doctors are very arrogant... (Show more)

My experience with Cha Fertility Center at Seoul Station was and has been excellent. The facility provided an English-speaking advisor (she really was an absolute life saver in terms of being available to meet me, answer my questions, and guide me through the entire process from my first appointment through egg transfer... I might have given up at times without her!). As a patient who was down to one ovary and had extremely low AMH numbers, my doctor, Dr. Lee, was both professional and matter of fact with me during our clinic times, taking time to answer my questions in depth, being realistic with me, and compassionate in surgery. I still don't know the final results, but either way, I would definitely recommend the services of this clinic. I would advise that it is a large facility, so you might feel overwhelmed at first. However, stick with it; the efficiency with which the clinic is run speaks to the precision and professionalism of the staff across the board.... (Show more)
