Working in the rehabilitation treatment room on the 2nd floor People are generally unfriendly The facilities are also very bad.
On the 6th floor, there was one nursing home lady who spoke informally to all the seniors and took money from them. It would be unkind not to give it. I don't think it would be very kind of me to give it to you. The rest of the doctors and RNs are good and the hospitalization environment is not worse than other hospitals.... (Show more)
With the best Dr. Jeong Hyeong-gye, 5th floor nurses, assistants (excluding some assistants), Mrs. I was impressed by the trainees caring for patients in the ward using a well-organized CS system under the direction of the head nurse. The MRI room on the 1st basement floor and the radiology department on the 1st floor were really stuffy, old, and small, but I have good memories of the CS mind of the people in charge being so clear and bright. The two therapists in the physical therapy room on the 2nd floor must have had a hard time dealing with so many patients that they had to wait in line every day, but I remember always treating them with a smile on their face (orthopedic nervous system patients are in so much pain that they need painkillers). My first impression of the facilities on the first floor was that they had been around for so long that I thought I would just go to another hospital. Even though the new building was completed this year, the rooms in the ward were clean and well-organized, so I received treatment comfortably. Meals cost about 5,000 won, and it's surprising that they cost that much for a foreign product. It's so clean and good for a therapeutic meal. I was able to see that the patients' guardians were very satisfied with the kind explanations provided by the doctor making rounds and the attending teacher. This system seems to be the best in Busan. Lastly, I think that the CS mind of the medical staff at Centum Busan Hospital, the system that operates it, and the kindness of the staff are something that other hospitals and university hospitals should emulate.... The salesmanship is too harsh, there is no success, and you only end up wasting money.
What is the attitude of the nurses? The three nurses in the reception room looked at my family and made a gesture of raising their eyebrows with their hands and then laughed amongst themselves. What is that attitude towards customers? Do you know what has happened to them? Please don't act arrogant. The nurse is a bitch. And when I went to see my father for an ankle problem, the nurses looked at the guests and looked up and down, and even though I told them several times that my father was in pain, they just looked away. You're really going to get angry, but please stop fighting and stop fighting. Is this a hospital or a Lotte World restroom? I don't want to do my job faithfully, so I fight with customers ㅠㅠ... There is no one I can trust other than the doctor, the hospital room is quite old, and the nearby orthopedic clinic is a large hospital, so a lot of people come here. I feel like the system to prepare for that is quite poor.
Couldn't the pain I suffered during the difficult two weeks of going to several hospitals be due to my hip joint? I was worried and had almost given up at other hospitals, so I happened to stop by and get an x-ray. I was lucky enough to find a friendly doctor. I met him and was diagnosed, and was told that it was not a hip joint. He gave me good news, and after taking the medicine he gave me once, I felt improvement as if it were a lie, and after taking 3 doses, my legs, which had been so painful, started walking!!! Even the areas that were painful due to rheumatism are getting better. For those suffering from rheumatism or joint pain I wanted to actively introduce it, so I am leaving a long post...... Everything is so unfriendly from start to finish. I went to the hospital because I had severe back pain, and when they took an When I go to the doctor, the doctor talks about my symptoms, but I don't listen to him until the end and just stops talking. I was about to tell him about my history of symptoms in the past and how I was feeling now, but he cut me off and said, “Recently, recently.” I felt so bad. I looked at the x-ray picture and saw that I had a disc and a little scoliosis, but it wasn't that bad so I was fine. I didn't even say anything about what to do from now on, so I said it didn't matter. Of course, I thought my posture was bad, so I thought I should correct it, so I asked which way it was bent, and it said which way it was bent. It doesn't matter if it was, I'm not very relieved, but it was so absurd. You may think that the hospital can just treat the disease well, but they are so indifferent to the patients, which makes me question whether I can entrust my body to this hospital.... (Show more)
It was so good! Director Woon Lee explained things very kindly and I am very satisfied with the hallux valgus surgery! The rice is not that good.
Very friendly
Centum Hospital is the worst. Firstly, it is heaven for female nurses. It's so basic to be unfriendly to patients. Are you working or making a living? Massage, massage, and talk amongst themselves. It's not a fuss. I was so angry that I frowned. Even if the patient tries to brush his teeth, he pretends not to hear it. Sometimes I don't do it. I saw it twice. There are many patients who cannot move and are elderly. Screaming and getting irritated at patients was common. What do you have to do to do that? Doesn't the hospital manage it? And I also used a thermometer that I put in my ear. I've never seen it disinfected. It's too much in this Corona situation. I would like to change to using my forehead to heat my body. 2nd floor physical therapy room. Too complicated and continues to use towels on patients I witnessed it being used while turning it around. I thought it was dirty and crazy. meal. It's not very tasty and the side dishes are poor. If you look at the leftovers, you can see that there is no improvement at all. bedding. Too heavy and old. How long are you going to use it and throw it away? I'm not looking for home-like bedding. We must not inconvenience sick patients. Why is it so heavy? I'm on the verge of being crushed to death. Have you been hospitalized at least once? You will see that my opinion is not an exaggeration.... (Show more)
I guess the reservation system here is meaningless. I don't know why I waited 30 minutes for an x-ray and came at the scheduled time.
I had spinal surgery last April and neck (cervical) surgery this November. I am writing about what I felt while hospitalized for about 20 days. In short, we serve patients very kindly and respond to their needs. Even when I ask for a favor that seems unreasonable several times, even though I don't have any money, they solve it with a smile and say thank you, but the nurses actually say thank you, and if there is any inconvenience, they don't feel pressured to call me at any time and say hello. For example, because I sweat a lot, my neck protector gets wet, so I have to change the gauze more times a day than required, and even when I ask for the troublesome task of squeezing medicine into my ears twice a day, they help me out. At first, I thought it would only be done perfunctorily a few times since we had decided to do a good job of greeting patients and staff under the theme of CS Camp, but I was surprised at how consistent it was throughout the 20 days I was hospitalized. The kindness of the nurses in Ward 3 deserves praise. What particularly stands out is the attention of passionate Professor Lee Gyu-yeol, who makes rounds every morning at 6:30 a.m. to check on the patient's condition and comes to check on him on Saturdays, and nurse assistant Kim Young-ae, who takes care of patients like her own family and does not spare praise and comfort. and comfort. I won't forget it for a long time. thank you... (Show more)
You talk informally to a patient who paid money to see a doctor haha. Are you as old as your father when you talk informally to a customer? No common sense or courtesy There are a lot of people and the wait is long.
Busan Centum Hospital - A hospital with poor inpatient rooms. The hospital where I had an appendectomy when I was a college student. I made an urgent appointment and had surgery before I developed peritonitis. The hospital room at the time was very poor. I visited recently after 10 years, but it seemed to have gotten worse. One of the hospitals in Busan that is thought to need facility improvement.... (Show more)
Cockroach paradise~~!!!!! The worst facilities, worst environment, worst hygiene, not worth a single star. This is minus 20,000 per cent. This is a hospital where patients come to get sick, and hygiene is the most important hospital room for patients with weakened immune systems, from surgery patients to recovering patients, who must not be exposed to germs. Cockroaches are crawling around in the inpatient ward of a hospital that also performs such surgeries! Does this make sense? After seeing the corpse of a small wheel in room 314, a double room, I moved to room 302, a single room, thinking it might be cleaner. However, while trying to avoid the little guy, I ended up encountering three flying cockroaches!ㅠㅠ Our family cannot contain their fear and astonishment when it comes to wheels. Crawling on the bed of a sleeping caregiver and flying above my head.ㅜㅜ I, a spinal patient who couldn't even get up on my own after being rushed to 119 and hospitalized, was startled by a cockroach and made me stand up in fear and raise my upper body again. It caused me to suffer from extreme back pain. Even though I was lying down complaining of pain again, I was writhing in agony, wanting nothing more than to run away due to the fear of cockroaches crawling under the bed. I rang the emergency call bell and a nurse came running and caught the cockroaches and sprayed them with F-killer, but only one was caught. 'I'm sorry, you were very surprised. Is the area that hurts okay?' middle Shouldn’t I just say one word and leave? The nurse just calmly grabbed the toilet paper and walked away as if it was something that happened all the time. It started after that. Another dog crawled out the door of the hospital room and moved to the next room, and another one... Now, it is 4 a.m. I crawled in front of my eyes, unable to sleep with the light on for 5 hours in the hospital room, and then turned over in front of the bathroom entrance... ㅠㅠ Is this hospital the right hospital to take care of sick patients? I covered it with a wad of toilet paper and stepped on it like crazy, and even though I couldn't throw it away, I turned it over and took a picture. ㅠㅠ Why? After deciding to write this, I was wondering if I should leave it as evidence. Please reflect on Centum Hospital and change! From today, I won't be able to eat this delicious hospital food any longer, even though it's dirty. The reason why I am currently a patient and cannot sleep in the hospital room is because I am on alert to get my nephew, who came from Seoul to take care of me, to sleep as much as possible, as he is anxious that he may show up again. I can't sleep because I'm scared. ㅠㅠ I’m sure I’ll get more sick, really! Cessco! How much! It’s like a hospital with no concept!! Oh my, my back... ㅠㅠ... (Show more)
This is an orthopedic hospital, so other areas may be lacking.
Take exit 8 of Suyeong Station on the subway. It is famous for orthopedic surgery.
There are a lot of people so the waiting time can be long so it is best to make a reservation.
