Very relaxing the hairdresser was knowledgeable Considerate a lovely Girl! I was very happy leaving bellissimo.
Karen was lovely and provided an incredible massage ! I was a little disappointed that the table was so small one off my arms had to dangle off the edge. The table was also quite hard. I was disappointed that towels were used instead of blankets and the towels were not soft. The room was also quite cold. Thankfully, Karen did an amazing job and the complaint above has absolutely nothing to do with her!

Extremely competent, professional and efficient in all areas of work. Most importantly though very reassuring and makes you feel totally comfortable and at ease. Always so friendly and chatty. A joy to come into and you leave feeling great.

Erika is fantastic at what she does. She ensures that she understands what you want done with your hair and is extra attentive if you are nervous about getting your hair dyed or cut. She has often stayed past her shift to make sure that I am fully happy with my hair. I can’t recommend her enough.

Apologies but I can't remember this young Lady's name. What I can tell you, she is a very pleasant girl and extremely skilful in her work, I really enjoyed both the hot stone massage and the facial. Best wishes, Theresa
First time with John, amd certainly won't be.my last .Absolutely delighted with my cut and style. John listens to what you want, and your style criteria. Based on that, he will create a style best suited to your hair type and face.The final result feels like a successful collaboration!! Great start to a long weekend
