Amazing clinic with helpful, professional and friendly staff. Megans subject knowledge is immaculate. Technique is perfect and she has helped me a lot in my recovery. All in all this is a fantastic clinic! Highly recommend.

Had some great sessions with Jonathon, great explanations and a lot of care is taken. Night and day difference with my back pain already, definitely recommend!

Very happy with the service I got

I had been suffering with back pain for a number of years and it got to a point where I couldn't even bend down to put on my socks. I reached out to the team and was treated by Jonathan. In 4-5 months I feel completely transformed. I have no pain in my back I can bend down. I can even ride my motorbike again. I go horse riding regularly but had been experiencing increasing discomfort in my BACk, hips and legs. I hoped I could solve the problem myself but things got gradually worse and I developed a continual limp. After suffering for many months I realised I needed professional help. I contacted the BAC in December. My initial assessment with Johnathan also highlighted postural problems I had been unaware of. He prepared a treatment plan to cover twenty visits and, over the weeks, also taught me exercise drills to complement the treatment. I had my final session last week and on the previous Sunday I was able to enjoy a one hour hack, with no discomfort, for the first time in years. If only I had contacted the BAC sooner. Just amazing the results I have been getting from my treatment here. Initially, my GP had told me with onset of varicose veins that I would have to "wait" until they got so bad that surgery would be required. Stepped in to Backcare Walsall and I have never looked back! Paul worked his magic - swellings all gone, walking without pain, varicose vein is managable and I don't need surgery or compression socks at all. Since then - and lockdown etc - Megan has continued to work magic with a regular massage and I am able to maintain all the gains, walking without pain and manage the condition. Surgery? My GP is surely having a laugh. My money is well spent here, with immediate results. The whole team are friendly, professional and dedicated, if ever in doubt, just go for it, you will surely be as amazed as I have been by the scope and power of the treatment here at the clinic. Had a nasty problem with my Sciatic nerve in my back that had weakened everything right across for a good few years. I had a number of treatments with Jonathon and my back improved immensely and I took away a lot of positive exercises and information to continue the progress. I feel my back is a lot stronger than it has been for about 6 years. It was a costly treatment but essential if I was ever going to improve my back issues. Jon is a nice lad and very knowledgeable. I have been receiving excellent treatment for a neck and jaw problem which I have been suffering with for over a year.l paid to see an ENT specialist who couldn’t help me but recommend I saw a Osteopath.The treatment I have received has changed my life I now can sleep and both my neck and jaw are back to normal I just wished I had done it much earlier. I’ve had back problems many years ago and suffered for months year after year. I visited the the Backcare clinic unable to stand up straight and in pain. I left standing up straight and in far better condition and after a few visits and doing some homework which they recommend I was fine within 3 weeks. I still suffer today at times and a few appointments always sorts me out. I have recommended people over the years and all of them have gave excellent feedback and been delighted I recommend them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I have known people in real pain and unable to walk properly and came out far better and on the road to recovery after the first visit. Ollie has fixed me! I went to see him last December in desperation as I was in agony due to a pinched nerve in my shoulder. He went through a comprehensive consultation with me and suggested a treatment plan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease and he and was very flexible to fit in my appointments to suit me. I paid for a package upfront which gave me a discount. I have been going to Paul for a number of years for back pain I have had, Paul is friendly and honest with any treatments. Since the expansion of the team I have had treatments from a number of the team and they have always been professional.
