Dr Ram Mani Bhandari
Dr. Ram Mani Bhandari is an experienced Ayurveda doctor from the Himalayas i.e Nepal. Besides being a professionally accredited Ayurvedic doctor, he is also a Panchakarma specialist, Holistic healer, Yoga teacher, Herbalist and a Reiki Healer. He has been practicing Ayuveda in Portugal since Sept, 2013. After completing 6.5 years of Ayurvedic training BAMS(Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine & Surgery) from Tribhuwan University, Nepal in scholarship and got a special training in Panchakarma from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda foundation, Thrissur, Kerala. He is a therapeutic yoga teacher certified at Patanjali Yogapath Nepal and he has been working as a founder member at Ojus Ayurveda Hospital, Kathmandu, the biggest Panchakarma hospital in Nepal before coming to Portugal.
I had my first consultation with Ayalla last week. First impression: the room is very welcoming and Ayalla is extremely professional. Her questions made perfect sense to me at that moment - as if she had known me for years - and her attentive and active listening. The more than 1-hour consultation went by in no time and, even though I've only been following the treatment for a week, I'm already feeling the beneficial effects. I really enjoyed the ayurveda sessions, the plan and the recommended recipes, I came to the first session with eczema that had been there for some time and shortly after the session it went away completely like never before, I improved my energy and anxiety levels and my daily routine was more productive and had time for my well-being and health I highly recommend...
