Too long a wait in the emergency room. Unacceptable in everything!
The location is extremely convenient, it's one step from the subway! My experience was perfect! They got the results of the MRI very quickly so I could immediately do the operation that was pending!
I went to the ER for severe neck pain and dizziness and the doctor didn't examine me at all or even listen to what I was saying. Inadmissible!!!!
I have taken my children 5 times and I always leave because they tell me that the children have nothing and then I go to my private pediatrician and he tells me red throat or otitis in general is there something? Our children are not sheep to be pocketed by the hospitals from the insurance companies. Nor do we feel like fighting with every doctor. I just ask that you do your job properly, the function that is practiced. And 1 star was too much.... (Show more)
I have private insurance and came to the ER in question with covid and a bad cough..while on hold for 1 hour in a separate room (respectable for ER) I almost had a chest CT without it actually being necessary with relatively good hematological (200€ insurance coverage and 50€ from me were these). I refused at my own risk, suspecting a possible pregnancy. The nurse who came to remove my butterfly actually asked me if there is a possibility of pregnancy and if it is legitimate. Do you understand what he asked me?? That is, if it is not legitimate, should I do the axial scan??? The pathologist wrote me sick while I told her I don't work these days (10€ for the certificate) and 10€ for disposable needles! They were going to give me painkillers for the pain I was feeling..it never happened..and the medicines he told me to take he didn't prescribe because he says in the emergency room they only prescribe antibiotics and not other medicines. All this 29/12/2023 while 30/12 /2022 that I had gone with bronchitis, they normally prescribed antibiotics and inhalations. You are indulgently unacceptable!... (Show more)
They don't know what's happening to them! But they tell you at the call center and when you go, different things apply! As for waiting... endless hours! Disappointment!
The oncology service is non-existent! If there was a negative rating, it would be the appropriate one. Indifference and missed calls only! respecting that there is a workload, we would like to respect every cancer patient as the time lost due to misunderstanding is precious! I don't know how much worse things would be if it were public Days are lost, treatments are delayed and the cancer progresses It is unthinkable to never, ever be able to find your doctor on the phone and of course not even the secretary And as for your automated message, it's funny. . . To contact him to tell you his complaints while you see them written, a change in your attitude is needed. In the end lives will be lost from tardiness and not from illness I am truly sorry... The time is 12 midnight. From 7 in the emergency room at a private clinic. And we are still waiting... a single pathologist, the world is shouting, resentful and we were told to make our complaints, but anyway nothing is going to change.! The management of the hospital is unacceptable.
Too bad there is no star option. I went with my little 21 month old to the emergency room as she fell and hit the back of her head. I was told that she should be seen by a pediatric surgeon and not a pediatrician as it is a blow to the head. I was waiting with my little one (in the corridor there were a lot of waiting children) and after 45 minutes the pediatric surgeon saw us. Whoever told us that because the blow happened recently, he cannot tell us anything himself, but he should go to a neurologist!!!! They knew from the first moment when the blow happened, but they did not refer us directly to the neurologist. Also, there was no neurologist, they would have to call him and he would come in at least 1 hour...otherwise he suggested we go to Paidon. I wonder why I expected the pediatric surgeon to see her since he was not the competent one as he told me. But from the insurance I have, the gentleman and the clinic will be paid, unfortunately.. for what reason? For our presentation there for 1 hour and the "examination" of one - and very long - minute. Moms, get your kids away!!!!... (Show more)
THE NURSING STAFF = 0 (not all)! My mother had to be hospitalized in order to be operated on for a serious gynecological issue! After the surgery was done and everything went well, on the second day the nurse, who was definitely doing her practice, didn't know how to take temperatures and pressure, when it was time to empty my mother's drain, she didn't know how to do it and while we told her that if she doesn't know how to call someone else, she, claiming to know, opened the valves and found air to enter the bag, she gave up and never came back. after my repeated attempts to have a nurse come to see it and since they kept telling me that they would come and no one came, I finally got the answer that it must be inflated like this to have room. my mother stayed 5 hours with air in the drain! By chance, a nurse saw us when we went for a walk and she immediately came to fix it, because she said, when it's swollen like this, it doesn't draw blood.!!!! So if the stagnant blood caused thrombosis in the operated woman??? would the girl take the blame?? no!! I would have regrets for not helping my mother! a little later on the same day he needed a painkiller because he was in pain, all the nurses were ignoring me telling me that they were coming to get rid of me!!!!! it took 2 hours to give her painkillers! We then pressed the emergency button and guess what!!!! they came after 30' (Mr. Rigos who performed the surgery was very good, otherwise unacceptable)... (Show more)
A very unpleasant experience of a huge wait in the emergency room and everything very rushed and superficial... It is important to mention that the staff were kind and made every effort, but one doctor could not respond to so many cases. It is obviously a matter of the management that there is no staff and it is a shame to feel in a private clinic worse than in a public hospital.... (Show more)
I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart Mrs. Vaso Zissimopoulou (neurologist) who treated (and continues to treat) my brother, Manolis Konstantinidis, from the first night we came to the emergency room. The dear neurosurgeon Mr. Panos Varvatsoulis, who came immediately the same evening and operated on him. We are deeply grateful to both doctors (as well as all their colleagues). They literally saved his life. I would also like to thank the physical therapists who got him back on his feet. Messrs. Dina and Anastasia and Messrs. Kostas, Dimitris and Nikos. Unfortunately, I don't know their last names to mention them as well. I sincerely thank the nurses of the 3rd floor who really strive to offer the best services, despite the adverse conditions they sometimes work in. This is a matter which, in the humble opinion, management would do well to address. I would like to mention them all by name, but I have withheld only the names of Markos and George. Finally, I would like to thank the ward assistant, Fotini, who eases his pain with her kind words and smile. The cleaners who discreetly and quietly keep the premises spotlessly clean. Now my brother is hospitalized on 5th floor where good services are continuing. We hope to see you soon. We wish you a very happy birthday. Health, enlightenment and prosperity to you and your families.... (Show more)
I didn't have any with the doctors.. I had booked an appointment for my daughter to have an ultrasound and they tell me at the counter that I have to do a rapid test, due to the outbreak of Covid etc.. plus €10 for the test.. without having been informed in advance.. It is filthy lucre and unethical .. the tests are purchased for a maximum of 1€ and they measure children's heads with 10 euros .. And there is no point in shouting at the cashier because they are doing their job. But it is foolishness to tread on the parent's need. In the anxiety he has for his child, in the fatigue he may have, in the anxiety to make sure that his child is well and he chooses to go somewhere private and not to a public hospital because he is overcome by fatigue and insomnia and cannot bear to he waits for hours for an exam and many more but.. And please don't tell me that you are very sorry .. if you are really sorry to change tactics for example with the tests and charge them 3€ .. and again you have a full profit .. no appreciation in your policy M.L... My relative was recently operated on at the Euroclinic with complete success by Mr. Antoniou (heart surgeon) who is an excellent scientist and above all a human being. During the hospitalization the service from the nursing staff was excellent. Thank you very much.
A review without a star or a negative star is not possible .... Poor and Inadequate! 3 hours in the emergency room for the flu and finally we left without a diagnosis and no instructions. It should be noted that there were no people waiting. Just invisible doctors. They finished their shift and disappeared without any notice. No respect either as patients or as people... (Show more)
The worst experience in TEP. No patients and I stayed for almost 4 hours. In fact, I left without a diagnosis (because they told me to wait a little longer) An indescribable situation. Most of them didn't leave their cellphones out of their hands (I mean the personal ones). I can't imagine a worse quality TEP (public hospitals are included in the comparison that I've visited almost all of them) Instead of caring about the quality of the service to the patient, they cared about collecting the 20 for the rapid test. I feel sorry for the insurance company that will be asked to pay them.... (Show more)
A few hours ago, while I was waiting to enter the room, a lady from the reception came and said that it is not possible for me to be hospitalized because there is a pending charge, Mr. Citizen, and I will have to pay 900 euros in advance... I told her that I have already paid the amount she is asking for and I show the papers from the accounting office that I have paid and made a settlement where she replied that these papers do not tell her anything.... After insistence he took them from me and after a while he came back and told me that I am right ALL THIS HAPPENED IN FRONT OF STRANGER TO ME PEOPLE WHERE THEY LOOKED AT ME WONDERING IF I AM A FRAUD OR NOT …..can someone tell me why I should feel such humiliation and in the situation I was in... you mean that I left and did not accept to be treated in a clinic that insults and defiles me in front of other Patients and attendants in this way... 2nd time we are hospitalized. The first time 2 years ago on the 4th floor, currently on the 1st. Honestly, from the reception, the nursing and medical staff in the ER, the doctors and the sweet and smiling floor nurses, the main cleaners, the waiters, everyone was EXCELLENT. With a child objectively lively, they never lost their patience and their smile. My son used to hug doctors and nurses in the emergency room. As for the cleanliness, from reading some reviews, at least in the pediatric room it seemed to me that each room is mopped with a different cloth and then replaced with a new one. From the emergency rooms to the floors everything is spotless. They also take care of the attendant, with food, coffee, dessert. As a mom both times I have felt safe and most of all I have not felt that they try to take advantage of health insurance and make unnecessary admissions or keep you for more days unnecessarily. Finally, I want to give a special mention to the wonderful director of pediatrics, who is so sweet, approachable and most of all reassuring that you feel that everything will be fine as long as you are in the hands of these wonderful doctors. Thank you!!... (Show more)
I had to take my wife early on 10/3/23 to the clinic. We met with professionalism, kindness and speed.
At least as far as nutritionist appointments go, it hasn't been good at all. He always pistol-whipped on dates.
