600 kc for a consultation, which consisted only in the fact that I said what I would like and I agreed to the laser :-D I find it a lot, in most cases the consultation is not even paid if you cancel the procedure or the treatment right away... I will choose another clinic next time

I don't have experience with the services yet, because I'm only booked so far, but I was booked for a consultation for a certain hour, I waited for almost two hours, when I wanted to leave because there is no possibility to park anywhere, so you have to park in the city and walk for about quarter of an hour A very pleasant and professional consultation with the doctor, which I can't say about the receptionist. I needed to rebook, the receptionist was very unpleasant, I felt like I was bothering her, when I needed advice about another appointment, she surprisingly didn't scold me. And at that moment I said to myself that it's not worth it for me to have such an attitude when I want to leave so much money there. So I'll find another clinic where they'll be happy for the customer to come. If she was in a bad mood or didn't like it, let her go do something else.... (Show more)

Great clinic. We come from Germany. The prices in Germany are too expensive. That's why we went to CZ. Great service, great friendliness. The doctors on site are very friendly and some also speak German. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended. Thank you Asklepion team

I have been client for 5 years. Customer care and quality of the services got worse this year. I had to go to another clinic to fix teeth done in Asklepion. Communication of some receptionists could be better as well, they don’t respond to all questions. I assume they have a lot of clients and started to care less about quality.... (Show more)

What happened to me at Asklepion clearly shows the careless and irresponsible attitude of their administration to the safety of their clients and workers - they let people in the building risk their health and life by using a broken elevator. A few months ago, I went there for a consultation and had to take the elevator to the upper floor. As I was getting into the empty small elevator, I suddenly felt a terribly strong, quick blow from the side - it was so strong that it threw me into the elevator and slammed me against the metal panel with the buttons. I almost fell to the floor and I was completely shocked and even screamed out of fear, I didn't understand what happened at all.. People in front of the elevator saw it and were also shocked. When I turned around, I saw that the elevator doors were going back and forth quickly and seemed uncontrollable, and one of the Asklepion workers was trying to stop them by waving her hand and foot in front of the door. The door did not respond at all to attempts to stop it and almost crushed the worker's limb. The elevator closed with me inside and went to God knows where, it didn't respond at all to my pressing the buttons.. The whole incident was recorded on the video cameras that are installed in the Asklepion building. When I finally got out of the elevator, I told the Asklepion workers about the accident, and one of the workers I discussed it with admitted to me that he had already experienced a similar situation with the same elevator, so it was not the first time such an accident had happened there. I reported everything to the reception of the building and later sent a complaint to the emails of the staff responsible for Technical Operations and Client Service. In the evening, I had to go to the emergency room because after the accident I felt more and more severe pain in several parts of my body, and I was worried that I might have received some serious injury - the blow from the door was really so strong that it could hurt a person (especially a fragile a woman or a child or an elderly person) really seriously injure. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured, but it still hurt for a long time and I had bruises. I received an answer to my complaint that they would solve it, but even after a month, nothing happened, and they also had video camera recordings, so what could they have spent a month investigating - they probably hoped that I would just ignore it. After my reminder, I was told a lot of serious words about the fact that in Asklepion "The safety of clients, and therefore of all persons in the clinic, is a priority" and "we regularly carry out maintenance and inspections of the elevator to ensure its reliability and safety" and blah blah blah. They claimed that they did an "extraordinary professional inspection" of the elevator for my case and "everything is absolutely fine". And as proof they sent the report from that inspection, which they probably didn't even read themselves, because there are some pretty interesting things in that report.. First, according to the date of the report, the inspection was before my accident happened - not after. And at the end of the protocol it is clearly stated that "THE ELEVATOR IS NOT CAPABLE OF OPERATION"!!! due to technical problems (I am attaching a photo of the protocol, so everyone can verify it for themselves). So the administration of Asklepion and the workers, responsible for the safety of lives and health of people in their building, already had a protocol that the elevator did not cause traffic, but they left it completely still for use.. And when my accident happened after a few days, they had the audacity to always claim that "everything is fine and working as it should".. Unbelievable, how much these people do not care at all about the health and even the lives of the people in their building! I'm interested in what excuses they'll give when their crazy elevator rips off someone's limb or crushes them to death - unfortunately, such tragic situations with broken elevators are not an exception.... Highest homage to the world's best specialist in implantology, Prof. Dr. Roman Smucler...he had an operation on Tuesday, two implants with a sinus lift...he exudes such a warm calm that you feel completely relaxed...the operation only took 20 minutes - he mastered it Techniques that are minimally invasive and reduce the number of operations...I've heard a lot of good things about him but now I have the greatest respect for a world genius! Absolutely rude behavior of Dr Bernardova, who refused to consult us, although the booking was done weeks before and we waited for the appointment. She mentioned she is only doing laser treatments and cannot consult on other skin issues. We particularly asked and communicated the type of issue at the time of the appointment, and we were told all doctors are specialized in dermatology. I visited Asklepion - the clinic and institute of aesthetic medicine for the purpose of checking the breast implants that I had operated on approximately 12 years ago at a clinic that has long since ceased to exist. Everything was fine and even so the doctor suggested that I have the implants replaced. So I obeyed and had my breast implants replaced at Asklepion. And that was the biggest mistake of my life. In 7 months, I had the procedure again - loosening and moving the implant, the procedure was performed free of charge (complaint) with the fact that I have to pay for the anesthesia. I didn't really understand that, since the procedure could not be performed without general anesthesia, but I paid for everything. A year later, I visited Asklepion again to find that one breast was deformed and the other was hard and painful. I couldn't sleep on my stomach, the bruises around my breasts, the pressure, the size of an inflated hard balloon, so it's horrible from an aesthetic point of view. Another procedure was performed, again I had to pay for the anesthesia, this time 3,000 CZK more But unfortunately there was no change and after my mental breakdown and exhaustion, I decided to have my breast implants removed. The procedure was performed again for free, but the anesthesia was another CZK 1,000 more expensive 💁 When I was interested in whether they would adjust my breasts or just remove the implants, I was told yes, but for the price of CZK 65,000 and we will give you a discount 😏 So, to sum up my experience with Asklepion - Clinic and Institute of Aesthetic Medicine, I am Fr CZK 100,000 lighter and with pulled skin instead of breasts. We visit Asklepion regularly as a whole family. At the last visit we were alerted to a hemangioma on our son's back with a clear recommendation for removal. So we made an appointment for a consultation, as the doctor explained to us that it is necessary to remove the spot, otherwise it will grow together with the child. During the consultation itself, however, I was left speechless when the attending doctor told me that it was nothing and that there was no way to solve this problem for such young children. The consultation itself lasted about 5 minutes, with the fact that if I had no additional questions, it would have lasted two minutes. We subsequently paid a fee of 300,-. So I miss the point of the consultation itself. It's not so much about money as it is about the time you spend with your child on an unnecessary trip, in 30 degree heat, only to find out afterwards that it wasn't necessary at all. My mother was supposed to have eyelid surgery here, the surgery was moved until the doctor stopped working at this institution. The mother paid a deposit of CZK 6,000, when of course she wanted to return it, because the service was not provided, she was offered whether she wanted another procedure, she refused and wanted the money back. So she was referred to the payroll office, where she was told by phone that she should take care of it in person. The 65-year-old mother has already been here twice with the answer of the receptionist that the accountant is not present. She was not even told when the accountant would be there. Never again with Singarova and Seidlova. This is already considered fraud. I paid for a breast enlargement in April 2021 and received nothing that corresponded to an enlargement. I had a D before the enlargement, but still today. She now told me that she doesn't do anything more than 235. Lie, my colleague has 550. They only took the money 4000 euros. The conversation or the fact that they showed me the implant was out of place. Today I had an appointment confirmed by email. Now they said, no, not for you, but for my colleague. This Seidlova doesn't speak enough German and you The patient is allowed to pay for mistakes. This clinic has more and more such botches from foreigners. Hospital germs in my colleague and such. The clinic no longer deserves any stars. All emails will be handed over to my lawyer because I cannot accept this botch... Money now rules in Prague too... They no longer only know humanity in quantity and Coal counts. There are better clinics that act according to the wishes of the patients and not because of the money. Mass processing and nothing else. Guys, there are better clinics in Prague where the patient's wishes are heard and not the doctor's wishes. Yes, unfortunately nothing except a lot of loss. No excuse for the failed planning through to execution. This wouldn't have happened in the Perfect Clinic. Especially since a conversation, which is a must, would have taken place. People stay away, because if something is done wrong, it's always your fault. Dr. Singarova also refuses to hand over my documents to me... Of course they know why.
